I don't have that problem on my Galaxy Nexus, but the Nexus S had that problem. Google "fixed" it beginning with Android 2.3.3 by changing the color temperature on the screen. Stupidest idea they ever had.
Ha ya mine is purple on the menu and when all the way up its purple on the top half

Is anyone getting WiFi disconnects? Sprint GN.

I have been getting them with codename , cm10, and black bean? I wonder if its with the new binaries or kernels.

Settings>WiFi>Options>Advanced
Keep WiFi on with screen off.
Does that help?
Okay I do get that but there are times it doesn't stay either. Also turning off wifi or on the button freezes. Funny ****. :what:

Tmobile S3 not as bright as other S3?

So my friend has an Att s3 and my other friend has a sprint S3. Both of their phones are brighter than mine. Their whites are way whiter and brighter than mine. And they both have had their phones longer than me. Could their be something wrong with my phone? Or is tmobiles S3 just crappier than other companies?

I've noticed this with amoled screens. They differ in color/contrast, and sometimes drastically. I posted a thread a while back in the t989 forum with a picture of 2 s2's next to each other, and the screens were completely different. One was very white and vibrant and the other was yellowed and dull.

Or they just have their brightness set higher.

A difference of what...5% in brightness? Who cares...it's not a defect. Quit complaining.

AirView like

Hey,
Do you know an app doing the same think as AirView?
AirView is a feature of the S3 allowing you to start applications just by doing some special gesture on the air.
It ll be cool to have the same feature on our N4 no?

Hello friend. Its a new feature of S4:laugh:
I don't think its possible to port it to n4.
maybe not on the S3 but that featur was on the GN2.
Why it isnt possible? N4 got a frontal cam too

But on the GN2 it only works with the S-pen, on the S4 you can do it with your fingers.
Its not related to front cam

Related to the screen itself, it somehow monitors movements/proximity.
can't be ported to the n4... depends on the touch sensors in the phone... here's how sony did it

I think it is screen digitizer that matters.
Nope. It's the new IR sensor on the s4 that's doing it.

IMO is useless. Had a note 2 and it is a neat feature but not worth it

Turn Note 2 into Digital Microscope?

Works for iphone. Think the galaxy note 2's cameras could pull this off?

You apparently just need the small lens from an old laser pointer.
