I bought my G Pad and it came with 4.4.2 on it and it has stock recovery. Is there a way for me to flash a stock 4.2.2 rom or TWRP so I can use a custom rom?
Anyone?

Hello community I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini (GT-I9195L) my phone's stock and original firmware is I9195LUBUBMK3_I9195LUWABMK1_I9195LUBUBMK3_HOME.tar.md5 (Android JB 4.2.2). I updated it to the stock firmware I9195LUBUCNH4_I9195LUUBCNH4_I9195LUBUCNH4_HOME.tar.md5 (Android KK 4.4.2). I know that I can't downgrade to my stock original firmware (Android JB 4.2.2) since android KK 4.4.2 updated the bootloader to a newer version of it, but I've seen posts where the bootloader can be changed just by flashing a modem. I want to know if there is a way to change my phone back to the original stock firmware md5 file I mentioned before (Android JB 4.2.2) ?

Yes.
Just flash stock firmware for your variant.
