I like this app. install it, choose your recovery, and let it do its thing. or you could use Odin, bit this is way quicker.

Get TWRP Coordinator from the google play store, it's a lot better than rom manager and it works perfectly,.;.. (free app)
Give it a try.
Good luck!

Every time I try to install a recovery and boot into recovery mode it bootloops on the note 3 screen. Any ideas

what is your current firmware, and did you try the link I provided above? and also did you try both philz touch, and twrp ?

I don't see any links anywhere in this thread. Is it in your signature for the advertising (web) interface?
Frank

I used rashr flash tool. When I tried to reboot using the app it didn't work but when I did it manually it worked. Thanks guys

I flash four custom rom in recovery, Google edition 4.4, but the cell phone always reboots.
When a try to put original rom, download on sammobile.
My phone crash when i select the keyboard. Seem i have a file i can't write over.
Because of that, i downlad three recovery's (CWM, TWRP and Phil's), to wipe my phone. And give the error above.
Sorry about my english

Revovery should boot up man, if you are doing it correctly

uff!! sorry, you meant you cant flash it using Odin in to your phone huh?
okay it says pass, have you tried wiping up cache both dalvik n cache partition, this wont help much, even though!
try it with odin again, or you may hav to go for a file system re-partition or nand erase, but thats a risky process... do try nw
You try flashing the stock OS once into the device and try flashing recovery (play safe)
Its OK now thanks friends.

Trouble in flashing Custom Recovery

Hai.. Guys.., I recently changed my note 2 rom into official 4.3 N7100DDUEML4 rom.. Before it.. I just used omni rom 4.4.2 with twrp recovery.. Now my problem is iam now unable to flash any custom recoveries.. I tried twrp, cmw, also philz touch... Using latest 3.9 odin.. Odin process all are ok also it triggering custom binary count on my phone.. But after flashing my phone wont load flashed custom recovery.. It is loading official recovery even after flashing custom recovery.. Is there any solution for making custom recovery working..?

You've lost your root and knox is blocking to work these custom recovery.
Reroot, desable knox, then retry.
Find dr.ketan's thread regarding this.
Cheers.

Get the tar file and use Odin
Sent from my SGH-M919 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Or if you are rooted just download the image file and use adb and the dd command.
That's how I did it.
The command is on the twrp site.

If you have root you should try flashify app from play store. Its what I did on 20d and worked
Just don't use flashify in combination with the latest 2.8.6.0 version of twrp.
