which roms can be updated via rom manager

Hello, one question. I'm looking for a rom who can be updated via rom manager. So that it can be updated via Rom Manager without wipe or a complete new install...

For froyo you can use Pinky. It's updateable via rom manager

How to install MODS with Clockwork Recovery?

Hi guys.
I rooted my Desire and chose this ROM:
[ROM] [21/09] Pre-rooted Stock Froyo (2.10.405.2) [Optional mods]

I installed the v2 ROM with init.d Support (2.0) so i can use Mods if i want to.
The ROM runs great but now i want to install a Powersaving-Mod.
How do i have to install it?
Can i just use Clockwork Recovery and install this update-Package?
Is there anything i have to care about?

Install the same way as you installed the ROM (install zip from sdcard option).

rcmixhd v2 is already installed on my desire.
rcmix updated version 3.0.
How can I do?
Full wipe and flash v3 rom
or
can i update v2 to v3?

I was wondering about flashing this rom "Android Revolution HD 1.2.3 | ICS | High Quality & Performance | HTC Sense 4.0" but when i read what you need i wonder one thing.
I have a stock 1.26.401.2 rom and have unlocked it and flashed it with "Official Clockworkmod Touch Recovery 5.8.2.7" and everything is good.
Can i flash the Android Revolution rom now or do i have to go to the firmware package and take a rom from there and flash over my stock rom before using the revolution rom?
You need:
HTC One X unlocked with htcdev.com (S-ON) or S-OFF (coming soon)
ClockworkMod Recovery or 4EXT Touch Recovery (coming soon)
Firmware package from here

fully restored now, how do i get kit kat?

I just restored my phone back to version 2.3.6 and EL29 using this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1433101&highlight=install+rom. now i would like to install one of the latest custom roms onto this phone. can someone give me some pointers on how to do this? In order to install kitkat (cm11) You'll need the latest clockwork mod recovery.
Flash CyanogenMod 10.2 Latest Nightly (Jelly Bean 4.3) for latest recovery
Let boot, then boot into recovery
Flash tdunham's Jellybean Format All X2
Flash Modem FL24.zip
