i found this app on the play store u dont need to go to the setting to activate ur wifi/bluetooth etc just pull down and use it see the screen shot attached and its free and its called Elixir 2 - lots of customization even for the free version

Yes it is only for CUSTOM ROMS as of now..

thanks for ur reply so this is a good app for guys like me who dont wana root and use custom rom for some time :laugh:

there's also Widgetsoid and Notification Toggle
I'm on unrooted stock rom and both work great, pictured is Notification Toggle

Already Did , Even Restarted Phone , Still can't install

For me version 4.0.20.1 works perfect. (stock rooted 4.1.2.)

I need the stock 4.2.2 S-note or the S-memo.(i forgot wich one was it)

What do you mean with stock phone app ? a launcher or what?
Try this:

And Google Camera is only for 4.4 android but not is a stock app...
