There is an Audio mod here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2000749
It has Walkman as addon. I've tested only in Stock ROM, but maybe it should work in MIUI.
I recommend to do a full backup of ROM with CWM, then if something fails you can use that backup to recover the ROM.

The working version of flashplayer is attached.
And for the kernel, check the sticky in the development section... It tells you all about roms, kernels, recovery's etc

Xperia keyboard has been ported to all roms already, go to Android development > Android apps and games and search for it, download zip and flash via recovery.

No, you don't need to do this, only flash a kitkat kernel ( always the recommended kernel in the rom zip), do the proper cleaning ( clean partition cache , dalvik, format system ) and then flash a kitkat rom . Obviously you can do this ONLY if you have an unlocked bootloader.

make sure you read the proper installaiton process on ROMS development thread. some roms require some steps (like legacy xperia the formatiation, NOT WIPE! of cache/data & system) good luck!

If You want camera features, then don't go for CyanogenMod as it the camera there is pretty simple. Go for a Stock based ROM.
