[Q] 4.4.3 Bootloader? - Nexus 7 (2013) Q&A

Hi, I was looking to update my Nexus 7 2013 Wifi to Paranoid Android's recent RC1 update with 4.4.3. I'm currently running an old build from May so I'm still on 4.4.2.
Before I update to PA RC1, I want to have the latest bootloader from 4.4.3, but I can't find it anywhere. Could anyone provide a link? I'd appreciate it very much.

That's because there was no bootloader update, it's still using 04.02 which was first released with KOT49E/4.4.1

In the future, if you ever need to obtain the latest bootloader (or any older bootloader), you can always download the factory image for the version you're looking for and extract it from the zip.

I went to Android revelations download list to search for the latest firmware but I just can't figure out which one it is. I am s-off and my last firmware I flashed was the first Android L one because at&t still didn't have Android L out yet. It's been months since I have worked on my phone..
Can anybody tell me the latest version of firmware and of where to get it?
Much appreciation!

If you are actually using the phone on AT&T's network, I'd try 4.28.502 or 4.16.1540 (AT&T Lollipop and Dev Edition Lollipop, respectively).

Nexus 7 w/ LTE - Still on 4.4.4; Update to 5.1

Hey folks,
Somehow my 2013 Nexus 7 w/ LTE got skipped on updates. It is still running 4.4.4. This is even after a device reset recently, which I thought may "kick" the update to occur. It is not rooted or running any custom ROMs. So I will just need to do this on my own. I bought the device directly from Google and had it on the Verizon network for the last year or two, if that means anything.
So now I am looking to manually update it to 5.1 and beyond.
1) Will I be able to go directly from 4.4.4 to the most recently 5.1 release (I saw something with a Stagefright fix was recently release by Google), or will I need to go from 4.4.4 to 5.0 to 5.1?
2) Should the directions to install the releases be similar to those I frequently see that explain how to install a new update before Google OTA's it?
Thanks for the assistance!

Latest stock ROM for 10.1 Inch P5210?

Hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone can kindly let me know what the latest stock ROM version and build number is for the 10.1 inch version P5210? I wanted to know if there is any update - I'm rooted so can't OTA any more and Samsung Kies does not install on my Windows 10 so no way to check updates.
Mine is currently at 4.4.2, with build number KOT49H.P5210XXUBNK2.

A quick look @ Sammobile will help you : http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/database/GT-P5210/
If you need the OH1, i can upload the Rom to Mega or send it by WeTranfer.

Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction.
Is the OH1 version better/newer than mine? It seems to be for Netherlands and I'm not sure if I can install that.

Hi, it's a bitter newer version but still 4.4.2 (for different countries, that's not a problem). No need to install this one if ur still running on 4.4.2.
If ur into Custom Roms, check the forum, 5.5.1 Lollipop is availible for the 5210 and a new Marshmallow (Android 6.0.1) is availible for the 5210 (this one I flashed today, it's like having a new tablet, running very smooth and fast).

Note 4 cm13 wifi not working, anyone else?

Hi, so for the last 4-5 cm13 note 4 Verizon updates the wifi has stopped working for me, is it just my phone or are other people having the same problem? Thanks for the help.
I had a similar problem with cm 13 my wifi worked but it would be spotty but i got a note 5 rom and the wifi worked fine. I am probably going to stay on the note 5 port until cm13 becomes official on note 4

Which bootloader/baseband are you on? If it's not Marshmallow, that explains the no workie wifi.
Well I am rooted on 5.1.1 the first time I flash cm13 and got no WiFi was on 2.0.3 then I upgraded the twrp to 3.0.2 the latest one

If you're on 5.1.1 you need to use any CM 13 ROM that is dated before 6/20. From that point forward you need to be on a Marshmallow unlocked bootloader.
Your recovery has nothing to do with getting wifi.
Im on lollipop the target baseband is for bpa1

Thanks for this I had the same issue.
First timer here, so apologies if this is common knowledge. For right now this is fine, but in the future I'd like to update to the latest version of CM and to have wifi. Is there any workaround for this? Can I update the bootloader to resolve the wifi issue?
