I've been trying to find a copy of the galaxy s5 splash screen and the galaxy s3 Splash screen because I want to make a galaxy s3 splash screen with the new powered by android logo. So I guess the S5 splash screen but for the GS3.
Does anyone have copies of these? I've searched around Google but haven't been able to find anything suitable for the task.

Here's a gs5 one I made. You can just flash in recovery.
You can change the logo if you unzip it and replace the boot logo.rle file then rezip and flash

can anyone let me know how i can remove the t-mobile splash screen on my t989? i changed the boot animation and debloated the phone but i cant seem to be able to remove the initial splash screen even after flashing an international s2 param.lfs ( i tried about everything)

Please forgive my noobishness. I've been reading and learning and reading and learning and just when I think I learn how to do something it doesn't work at all. I guess that just goes with the territory.
Anyway, I was running the Blazer ICS rom but I recently flashed the Blazer 4.0 to check it out (it is AMAZING). I wanted to see if I could change to boot animation. The rom came with the generic Galaxy S2 animation. I have the jellybean animation and a transformer animation on my sd.
I flashed the jellybean animation in recovery and when I rebooted it showed a split second of it and then was just a black screen until the phone booted. Unhappy with that, I flashed the transformer animation and then when I rebooted it showed the same split second of the jellybean animation and then was a black screen until the phone booted.
At this point I decided to just screw it and attempted to go back to the generic animation that came with the rom. I went into system/media/ and in there was a zip of the JB animation and a zip of the Transformer animation. I deleted them both and rebooted my device.
This time the phone booted with an animation I'd never seen before. It was just a basic android logo that shimmered left to right. Where in the heck did that come from? Can someone please enlighten me on how to get an animation file working properly?
I thought I read somewhere that you can place an animation file in media/ and rename it, or something along those lines. Should it be a zip file? Should I delete one of the two "samsung boot" files? Which one?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Update: I figured it out. There was an extra boot animation zip in media/ that I didn't see. I deleted that and dropped the Transformer one in there and renamed it "sanim.zip". Works perfectly now. Thanks.

For replacing bootanimations yes you are correct, just rename the animation.zip to sanima.zip and delete the other boot animations that are there. And Blazer does have custom boot animation support so, you should be fine. That android logo you saw is a default boot animation when you don't have a custom one installed.

Searched a lot and what I've found is that we need an "Hacked param.lfs" in order to replace Samsung Splash Screen.
Anyone has already did it or may I use that file for another Samsung device?

I currently have a Samsung galaxy note 2 US Cellular branded model SCH-R950 it is running jellybean 4.1.1 i have a rom that is 4.2.2 but i would like to know if any know how to extract the stock boot animation out of the rom so i can places it in the custom rom my boot animation is is Samsung logo then it shows a us cellular 4g lte logo before the home screen appers does anyone know how to extract it i dont wont a custom logo just would like to keep the stock logo? yes the phone is rooted the only files i am finding are samsungboot.qgm and samsungbootloop.qgm in system/media and samsunganimation in system/bin but placing those files in the custom rom and booting shows nothing
My sis has an att galaxy s3 that was unlocked and she downloaded some themes on the phone to change the wallpaper but we had to do a factory wipe. Now the phone won't boot past the samsung screen. We see att and their animated wallpaper but after that, can't go any further.
How do we fix this?
