I've been thinking about making an app but just curious how do I make a forum app kinda like this. How would I basically make mobile version like Xda?

Is there some kind of app that you could use on your tablet that would send all of your notifications and such to it? I have an S4 and and a Note 8 just looking for something like that similar to like imessage or something. Where I could view my texts on my tablet or phone, etc. Thanks in advance

It's installed by default, otherwise, install it from the Play Store.
If you're rooted, and/or running a custom ROM, you should say so, so that others can help you.
