I´m new here, so I can write only here my questions.
I´ve flashed on my N7100 Phoenix 18,8 ROM, I have MJ5 bootloader. I´ve done a full wipe install, was on slimkat rom then gone to P18,8 with full wipe trough Philz 15,5 CWM. I found a few missing or not working things on this rom:
1. I miss in settings option to receive call with home button, in 4,3 v17 it was possible. Only by voice or gesture now possible.
2. I´ve tried to start use air gesture, e.c. call receive but it seems that it doesnt work, I cant receive a call with gesture. It doesnt work also when a test it in settigs. Gestures are alloved, turned on. Then a tried gestures in Gallery, I can see icon in status bar but nothing happens. Maybe some bug with sensor?
3. Some setting working by switching toggles but not in settings menu.
4. Through wanam not able to have call button in contact list, only in call logs.
5. Delivery nnotify toast seems not to work.
6. I miss a circle mod battery that changed color, in the middle was batt percentage, some other bat icons are there. Not a bug, I only miss it.
Any ideas? Maybe next update of rom will fix it, or I have done something bad?

I was on 2.1 stock, did the leaked ota and then the 2.2 leak. Everything is working great but I've noticed vibrate is not working for notifications. It seems to work for haptic feedback and on calls BUT apps like gmail/messages/chompsms/others don't vibrate at all even if it's enabled.
What the hell do I do? Any ideas?!??!

I've confirmed this issue occurs after a reboot even after a wipe and reset. I didnt install any apps and I'm on radio 2.0. Everything else appeared to work but I need working vibrate. Hope someone has a fix.
Download Sound Manager from the market. Go into the vibrate settings and check vibrate whenever possible in both places. Vibrate should work again and you can uninstall the program.

I tried the Paranoid Android JB build and LOVE IT!!!
but I have having a problem that I can't figure out why it is happening.
The issue is the notification drawer (being able to pull down on the screen and see notifications) is not showing up except on the "lock screen". it is strange that I can see the notification drawer (I hope that is the right name) on the lock screen but as soon as I unlock with a swipe the status bar and notification drawer disappears. Is there a setting that is causing this to disappear that I can get it back. This did happen before and I was able to get it back after trying everything I could think of. I don't know what the final thing I tried. I was just so happy to get it back. but it is gone again and nothing I tried is working.
Any ideas??? I checked with the ROM developer thread and no one is having this issue that I can find and I have not posted enough to post in the thread...
That happened to me too. I did a full wipe... data/system, cache/dalvik then flash ROM(some ROMs have gapps already installed)/ fix system/ reboot.... That's what I've done & it worked... if u need to? Just go back into recovery & flash gapps in on top of ROM(maybe wipe data/dalvik b4 flashing gapps, just in case). Hope I helped

I know Paranoid Android has an option for expanded desktop. If you enter that option, it'll get rid of the status bar and notification drawer. Make sure expanded desktop is disabled.
Hello guys, I've got some problems with the DN3 4.4.2 RC2 that I've installed yesterday.
1. System Android usage is 32% (I can post a screenshot if it's useful)
2. I can't find the "microphone to text" tool in the keyboard (I don't know if I spelled it correctly, sorry but I'm not from England)
3. I don't know how to set the "phone" and the "hangouts" icon in the ultrapower saving mode.
If I find some more problems I'm gonna tell you, hope that you all can help me.

Ultra power saving mode disables many of the normal functions of the phone. Hangouts do not think it can be inserted ... with regard to the "phone" that is always present,otherwise press the plus icon and see what makes you enter.

The Phone icon isn't in the "list" of icons I can add, by the way thanks for the fast reply.
Anyone else can answer my other questions?

4. When I reboot, the smartphone forgot the Facebook ID, Twitter ID and some other things in Settings. Do I have to do "Restart Shell"?

No Phone Icon too
I have the same problem of missing the phone Icon on the Ultra Power Saving mode. I can add whatsapp and facebook but not phone. The funny thing is that when I added whatsapp on the top left position, it was named phone after a while but it still opened whatsapp.

I too am having problems with this rom, DN3 4.4 n7105, everytime I try and install it CWM gives a warning message " WARNING FILE_NO CONTEXT" and the install fails and I have to restore my back up, ive tried this many times with many attemots at re downloading the file....HELP
I am using rooted stock rom in my N7100. I receive a SMS or a Whatsapp message, and a bubble shows how many messages i got. Everthing is okay till now, but thats where the problem starts. I read message, exit app but that little bubble doesnt disappear.

Cant use Samsungs own photo editor. I draw and put stuff on a photo but it just doesnt save them. Reverts to normal as nothing happened.

When I leave any app, the bar at the bottom of screen only shows that 'apps' shortcut for a sec, then reloads every other thing in home screen. It happens all the time and no, rebooting didnt solve neither this nor the problems above.

And my final question. I think i'll go with DN4. I dont want to lose any data especially IM's and Gallery. So I backup with Kies3. Will I be able to restore those stuff when i flash DN4 and continue to use as nothing happened ? Same goes for reverting to stock ROM. ( Or I should only flash stock rooted ROM to avoid problems with new ROM ?)

I'm using RR ROM official, whenever i install the new ROM, it doesn't matter it is oxygen OS or Custom ROM, volume bar disappear automatically after few seconds but after restore my all apps from titanium Backup app and restart the device, my phone's volume bar not disappear automatically, i have to touch my phone's screen to disappear that bar every time.
Many people suggest me change the volume bar timeout from RR ROM settings and i have changed it too but it will not work with me.
Please help.

so, i have encountered this issue happen with me because of slide in accessibility permission. So i have just decline that accessibility permission and everything working fine.
