Hi I have gone through downgrading process to root and also unlocked bootloader and now restored TA backup... But I have lost my memory card firmware.. Before I proceed to root when I entered service info>software info I can see the memory card firmware version but now it shows "file not found". Somedays ago I lost some data from my sd card and I am really worried if this is somehow related to memory card dirmware lost..
In the z2 forum @DooMLoRD told that in a previous xperia device downgrading caused fuel gauge firmware damage so it may happen that downgrading to older firmware also damaged my memory card firmware.. I have tried many times to flash stock rom but cant get it back.. Any help will be appreciated.. Thanks..

Dear all forumers, and developers
I just bought a new xperia arc s, and found link to this great forum. I'm so happy that I find out countless of useful information, hacks...everything related to phones. However, as the forum rule I can't post any reply to some sections unless I've made 10 helpful posts. It's really hard because I don't know so much about phones.
One section which I found it relates with my mobile is here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1320350
I have followed the instructions but still it's not working. I took a screenshot here:

It keeps saying WAITING FOR DEVICE...
See if anyone can help me out of this please ?
Thank you beforehand.
have you installed the driver?
Yes I have install the driver Sony...Adb driver already...Do you suspect that the problem could be from the MTP driver ? Because I don't know how to fix this beside unmount sd card, switching from MTP to Mass storage mode..to cheat the PC companion to know my phone..
While for rooting..what the problem could be. As the post of DoomLord said the problem is only for the latest firmware 62. By the way, here's mine:
Model: LT18i
Android version: 2.3.4
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-perf..
Build number: 4.0.2.A.0.42
Any idea ?
selaludiam,
Just want to confirm you, at the moment I tried the v.3.0
DooMLoRD_v3_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su.zip
And it's working
And thank you for your reply.

Agreed....
It might help if you tell us what exactly you're trying to accomplish, and what it currently says in the bootloader of the device in question. Then we can properly direct you on how to proceed.
P.S.

Zenfone 2 quick resources
Started collecting resources here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/asus-zenfone-2-flashing-recovery-mode-t3096596
Their are more than a few ways to root ZF2.. I chose this method after a few failed attempts with some others..
http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/root-newbie-root-instructions-zenfone-2-t3114063
It is important to know that in order to use root properly, as I found out the hard way, an unlocked bootloader is a must before trying to add a recovery or rom.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone2/general/congrats-to-bootlocker-unlocked-t3138547
The reason I say this is because I took the first update and then rooted.. This was bad.. Almost every attempt to unlock bootloader afterward failed.. Couldn't update. Couldn't factory rest. So what was I to do? Luckily this wasn't my first rodeo.. After hours of xda searching and kicking my own ass, I started to remember," hey I have a brain let,s look up Asus support for phones".. Sure enough in black and white I was saved.. Now mind you guys.. You will have to use adb or fastboot tools as almost all of these instructions require sideloading or fastbooting.. So as GP I downloaded all above updates and went through them all erasing one after the other once updated to conserve the 16gig version I'm using. So grab updates add to root of internal storage using PC and USB cable, pull from USB after downloading and Boom..Phone will auto recognize update hit install and your good..
This thread was created for anyone with a similar problems or soft bricked their ZF2..
I bought a used Model S6 Edge online and was working fine on any SIM card, so i was assuming it was factory unlocked as suggested by the seller.
After a month of usage my battery died and upon boot i was stuck at the FRP lock. I did my research and flashed the stock firmware.
Model - SM-G925T
Android - 5.1.1
Baseband version - G925TUVU3DOI1
After doing so im stuck with with WiFi connect to network at startup. I can't get past it.

Please help. The phone was working fine before the FRP lock and firmware flash, similar to a any factory unlocked phone
Update:
I did a wipe cache/factory rest as well, no luck.
Never mind i got it working!

How?
Please explain, it will help others and will promote what forums are all about.
People helping people.
Pp.
Well it just needed an active wifi connection to use the net for updates and previous google account. If you forgot your account use an OTG device with a usb, this will automatically open your browser and you can reset it. Check this video.

Hello all amazing developers and experts,
Iam new here (if this thread is out of place iam sorry)
I need help with my MTK device Doogee MIX.
I have (probably bricked ) device. Just looping in boot with statement " red state Your device has failed verification and may not work properly your device will boot in 5 seconds.
and this is over and over..
So how this happened?
i have in my phone some important informations which i dont want to lose. I was drunk (yeah i know myfault) but i changed pattern lock and at morning didn´t remember anything so cannot unlock phone. i tried something what is called miracle box but it wrecked a phone. now in boot loop.
before that i create backup on sd card from recovery menu..( i have 27 files with .backup extension)
and thats all
phone has no root, and no permision to storage so ADB is probably not an option. Is there anything i can do?
iam amateur so iam happy to any advice. And iam totally new to something like rom flashing . i saw some tutorial but phone is still looping and cant do anything.
So is there way to somehow flash phone or somehow extract data from .backup files?
i still care about datas in phone but if there is no option to save a datas no problem just want to be able to use phone..
