Below you can find Gallery Application from GS3 latest leaked rom ported to our S2 phones.
No FC encountered until now,setting up wallpaper and all other features works fine

Sorry i forgot to say it's working only on Deodexed XXLSJ ROM . May work also on Odexed Rom you can try to delete from system/app folder SecGallery2.apk and SecGallery2.odex and then flash the zip or you can odex app by yourself(using deodex-wrapper from the terminal)

not working on Omega 16.1 XXLSJ deodexed... old gallery remains the same...

u need to delete old galaxy.apk in system..or jz manually replace apk and lib files..it works fine for me...better than note 2 gallery port one

I never got a FC and i just tried to set up a wallpaper and all worked fine.

no FC at all unlike not2 gallery port..thats y i said its much better than note 2 port..i tried to change lockscreen homescreen. no problem at all..

Does any one know how to stop certain pictures from showing up in the gallery?
I have put in my music folders album pictures for poweramp and they all show in the gallery. I'd like to stop that from happening. Any suggestions?

Im running stock ICS (not rooted) ,,, may i install this?

I take no credit I am just reposting what I found working perfect on My Xperia ZL but was originally build for other device by @lukakas

Requirements
Root
HOW TO INSTALL
DeOdex(If you have only apk files in your /system/app/)
Download the apk provided
place it at /system/app (replace the original file) using Root Explorer or ES Explorer or similar software
Set the permissions to -rw-r-r-
Reboot the device
DONE!!
Odex (If you have corresponding .odex file with apks in /system/app/)
Download the apk provided
Goto /system/app and delete SmallAppManagerService.odex file
place the apk at /system/app (replace the original file) using Root Explorer or ES FileManager or other similar software
Set the premissions to -rw-r-r-
Reboot the device
DONE!!
Download the file from attachements and see screenshots for working proof

Check out the Xperia Z1/Ultra launcher with no need to flash or Root

Xperia E, Can't open!!
I pushed it into the system/app, rebooted and even installed it from there but my recent apps does not show a small apps bar.
I know it works with 4.2+ but if you can include a shortcut or something to make it work on 4.1 JB

Nope not working stil tried both. BTW I have odexed Stock rom so i just pushed the apk into system/app.

If its not working then there is xposed framework module availabale name xperia multi mini apps and it works very smooth try it

[MOD][SYSTEMUI]InternetSpeed Meter[Purity,Cataclysm,PSX,Slimkat]

This is a simple status bar mod which would add a Internet Speed Meter on the status bar, displayed in kb/s. If there's no internet connection it'll hide itself. Screenshots are attached.
Currently this mod is supported for
1urity ROM 08/12
2SX V2
3:Cataclysm 25/11
4:Slimkat 1.6
I can try and implement this for any ROM[4.4,4.3] as long as its deodexed. If you want me to do it, please attach the framework-res.apk and systemui.apk files of your ROM along with the name of the ROM.
This mod will be overwritten everytime you dirty flash,clean flash your ROM over it.
In case your ROM gets a new update, most likely I'll have to redo the mod for it to work without any problem.
How to use this MOD:
1ownload the mod for your ROM, extract the zip file to obtain the SystemUI.apk
2:Copy the SystemUI.apk to root/system directory
3:Set permissions to rwx r-- r--
4:Copy SystemUI.apk to root/system/priv-app, replacing[overwriting] the original SystemUI.apk
5:Enjoy

Not too keen on doing for odex ROMs. If someone posts deodex stock systemui and framework-res.apk's I could do it for it.

Guys can somebody link me a working touchwiz apk which works on kitkat and supports 180 dpi
I tried flashing many such zips but either they were buggy or dint perfectly matched the resolution(and also flashing makes me nervous, not to say the huge time in backing up rom and later restoring it)

If your piston blow or con-rod bent don't look for me
This mod is for Lollipop N915GXXU1B0B7.
1. Thunderbolt v1 *alpha build*
2. Stock rooted Odex(B0D2/F1). Backup and delete TouchWizHome.odex file in the arm folder before flash
3. Thunderbolt v2.3, v2.5
Please report whether it works on other build for the benefit of others.

Thanks..but this is extreme, i dont have skill in de-compile.apk

Thanks alot bro working perfectly on n915f official lollipop boc6 . However can u please make a version of faster tw but with stock grid for homescreen and 5x5 for appdrawer since most widgets cant be resized. Thanks
Edit: Forget it bro all widgets can be resized I just had to remove them and add them again. Only music player widget cant be resized which is not a big deal. Thanks again love how smooth tw is now.[emoji4]

You couldn't by any chance make a mod or updated version of these mods you just released, to remove the icon titles. I use to have this mod with xposed for my HTC M8 and loved it.
It gives the panels a minimalist look and feel.

Its ok with the Home screen(screenshot uploaded in 1st page)
For the Apps drawer, there become hundreds of bloatware icons, I cannot make out what they are without the icon title
Home icons without titles, there may be space to squeeze in another row

Yes, that's ok. As long as the panels don't have any, that's perfect.
Is the current download fastest version, have this feature already built in? Or do you have to design something new?
I saw the 3rd image, it's exactly what I was hoping for.?

I'm using the faster one to remove icon title
Everybody wanted it fast but not everyone wants it your way. It really look naked n funny though.

Thank you.
Most people only put their most used programs on the panels and therefore know what the icons stand for.
I prefer the minimalistic look.

What a foolish mistake I made.
I forgot to Backup and delete TouchWizHome.odex file .
Now I get an error, Can't start touchwiz.
I went to the ARM folder afterwards and can't find touchwizhome.odex file there.
Next time I will read the instructions more carefully.
Currently I am doing a full restore from Titanium backup.

Update: Now my phone is stuck on boot loop at the Samsung logo. Hmm, may have to use Odin and start all over again.
Next time, I will the ops install instructions more carefully. Normally with these mods you just install from recovery.
Update again:
I installed Thunderbolt N-915-G ROM, then reinstalled chainfire su 2.46 just to be safe, and all is well. Booted normally.
Whew.
Going to do a Nandroid Backup just to be on the safe side.

Confirmed working on the sprint variant. I installed via root explorer. I renamed the touchwiz odex file, installed the apk, fixed permissions and reboot. Works like a charm XD

Anyone tried this on a T-Mobile Note Edge? Would love to have the 5x5 grid.
