[KK] How to activate Art?

hi guys,
i'm using SELFIE P6 by Reyncla and want to know how to activate Art? i already flashed this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2703858 but it didnt work
and i have 1 question: should i use art? is it really so fast ? is it worth it?
and if art doesnt work on this rom, can anyone suggest me another good rom?

Art is inside Developer Options and yes Whatsapp works with art

Xposed for g3

I decided to set up a spot where you all can have a repository of working xposed themes and such.

rovo89 has said Xposed does not work with ART. There is an experimental version that is designed to work with it, is that what you were running?

If Xposed does NOT work with ART then our phones do NOT run ART because I have made the switch to ART and G3 Tweakbox is working without error.

App settings
Boot Manager
G3 Tweaksbox
Network Speed Indicator
Possible issues:
Smooth system progress bars & Activityforcenewtask: One of these was causing my G3 to not sleep after screen off and cause excessive heat. I need to re enable them one at a time to see what the issue is and if it was just a fluke.
Anyone else get weird wakelocks or high cpu usage (heat) with xposed enabled?

I was getting a warm phone too. I didn't check for wake locks but the phone felt sluggish. I only had G3 Tweakbox and Instagram Downloader installed, so it was either the Tweakbox or the framework.
Things are much smoother without xposed.

Which version of Xposed are you running?

Also using Android L Navigation Bar and YouTube AdAway without any issues.

No you didn't. You switched it to ART but then it automatically switched it back to DALVIK when you rebooted.
Xposed doesn't work with ART.

Some of it. I'm running it right now for only 2 uses - pie control and immersive status bar. It doesn't work for too much, like it can't control the quick settings or the lock screen.

I was pacing and waiting for the right time to root this thing and I finally did it. I then installed Xposed framework/Tweaks. I don't see myself flashing a rom anytime soon. The tweaks are amazing. Boyfriend will be jealous that my phone is better than his, hehe. Thanks guys, you're the best.

After trying multiple methods, I'm finally rooted and ready to get it in!

[Q] Runtime Selection Absent

Did anyone else notice the fact that the kitkat update has no option to select runtime? (JIT or ART)
Or is it just me?

Art was an experimental feature in kitkat so Samsung didn't include it. We use JIT now..

ART is made default in L. So, its gotta be good.

It had some bugs in kitkat and yes it's good. It's a compiler which compiles the whole app beforehand.

Not really. Samsung is still rolling out ART mode option in its S5, which is "supposed to be" as bugless as possible. Look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2713879

I'm aware of that and probably that's only model from Samsung which has ART enabled on Kitkat

Use lg keyboard. It works on cm11 and is exactly the same.
