You need to download and Odin flash the official stock N900T NE6 firmware.
Here is the direct fast download link for it:
http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358537528
The above zip file also contains Odin, CF-Autoroot and TWRP 2.7.0.1 recovery.
Be sure to go into recovery before Odin flashing NE6 and do a factory data reset
and a full wipe. Then Odin flash cf-autoroot and the TWRP 2.7.0.1.
If you want more information and or instructions here is the link:

Good luck!

mobile odin is version of odin you can use on your phone to flash tar files it is not a recovery stock roms are usually in a .tar format
Soo if I wanted tto go back to stock. Is using mobile Odin ideal? Stock meaning like no root, no rom, back to factory. I was looking at another thread. Someone was going back to stock to upgrade to jellybean, root it, nandroid, now they have a good fall back to fresh start

Mobile Odin will flash firmware directly from your phone and inject root

Doesn't flashing chain-fire's CF auto root install stock recovery? Of course, you have to flash it through Odin.

I have the a way to install baseband if you are rooted, custom, or even on cyanogenmod like I was. When i tried to flash the NE6 baseband i could not get it to work for the life of me. I wanted to flash without PC. This is the little guide I came up with and will post links also so it it easier.
1. Download a Stock NF1 Custom rom. Also download Triangle Away, Rashr, Mobile Odin, Stock Kernel and recovery, and the Modem + NON-HLOS for NF1 Thanks @toastido @Chainfire @DsLNeXuS
2. Now flash stock NF1 rom via custom recovery
3. Once on NF1 firmware and NF1 stock kernel you must flash NF1 stock recovery. I did the via Rashr app
4. Now that you are fully (kernel, rom, recovery) stock rooted you can use triangle away to reset your flash counter
5. Boot back up and use mobile odin to flash NF1 baseband and viola! Updated baseband without having to connect to a computer.
IF THIS HELPED DON'T FORGET TO HIT THANKS.
Thnx, but really, I can wait till I'm around a PC. That's quite the process
Thanks man. No problem. I had to do this as I was on cyanogen and didn't have a PC on hamd

You can't just flash the baseband in Odin with any rom?

You still have to do triangle away and all that though. This is more of if you don't own a PC

Great instructions but I just have one question regarding the modems. So which modem zip do I need to extract before flashing with Mobile Odin? The Modem only zip or the Modem NonHlos zip? And if so, in Mobile Odin, which one is Modem #1 and Modem #2?

bump for people who haven't seen this yet
So I'm trying to root a T-Mobile s4 running latest nh7, but when I try to flash cfautoroot using Odin it always fails to flash the recovery, it gives me fail (size), I read online that this is a partitioning problem but I can flash the stock firmware just fine, I also tried rooting with 3.07 and 3.09 both fail (size) can someone help?

Is the cf file up to date?
Yes it is the latest one, but never mind cause I just flashed the latest twrp tar and flashed supersu from there

I am currently on GPE 5.0.1. I noticed that im not on the most up to date bootloader and baseband. I am on m919uvuemk2 bootloader as well as baseband. my pda version is 19505Ggueudnl3. What is the easiest and safestway to update my bootloader as well as baseband. Also this is a tmobile phone, but im on at&t via Straight talk if that makes a difference.
You are one the latest for the T-Mobile S4. They haven't released a 5.0 update. You can't update with bootloader or modem from a different carrier's device.
Sorry, NK2 is the latest firmware. Android 4.4.4.

I'm confused. Nk2 is the latest. But I'm on mk2 so how do I go to nk2?
Sent from my GT-I9505G using XDA Free mobile app
Do a full firmware flash via Odin. Use the nk2 full firmware. You may need to flash/power off/immediately flash again to get full bootloader and modem update.

The latest Baseband version is M919UVUFOK3, so OK3 is the latest.

I have used CP for modem baseband flashes, AP for roms or recoveries.
