It will depend on the features you are looking for and tradeoffs you are willing to accept. Urban armor is okay paired with a good screen protector and it keeps your overall phone somewhat thin. Otterbox Armor ifs crush proof and waterproof to a degree but at the expense of sound quality (Bluetooth is an alternative) and makes the phone super bulky. Your choice.

I would say most otterbox cases will do the trick.
The Body-Glove Shock suit case works for me... http://www.bodyglovemobile.com/cell-phone-cases/samsung/galaxy-s-iii/shocksuit/

Have a couple of Otterbox Defender cases as well, but they're too bulky.
I've purposely driven my truck, (1997 Chevrolet Blazer LT), over my ZeroLemon case, and my phone still works fine. There's a crack in the screen, but considering 2.5T rolled over it as a a test, it's a fine case.
look at Lifeproof cases? they may be pricy but worth it. http://www.amazon.com/LifeProof-Ser...5479&sr=8-1&keywords=lifeproof+galaxy+s3+case they are out of stock at the main site but they are cheaper on amazon anyways
It's good
So beautiful...!!!
Apart from looks, this case is great. I mean for a construction worker it'll do a great job.

Hey guys just picked this case up on Saturday. Got it from the mall. Pretty sure this brand is the kind that you see at all those little mall kiosks that sell cell phone accessories. Anyways, the case is pretty much perfect. It is slim and painted matte black. The matte color lets you grip the phone way better than the stock gloss backing.
I had the original T-Mobile silicon case and I couldn't stand the bulk and how it would not slide into my pocket. This case is opposite in every way to that case. Slim and not sticky.
All of the buttons and the micro slider are VERY easy to access. No trouble what-so-ever.
I have the link posted to the manufacturer, but I don't see the exact case I have listed. Weird. The woman in the mall also had crystal clear and a black smokey version.
Hope this helps some of you guys who are waiting for the SGP. I couldn't wait any longer. I paid 20 for this case. I totally got scammed, they go for like 10 bucks on the net, but I couldn't wait.

i have the same case i got mine from cellaris
I didn't like this case because after taking it on/off a few times, the right side where the power button is started to creak whenever i pressed on it. I guess its not a big deal considering that its les than $10 on eBay, but it was kind of annoying for me.
Oops, thought this was different case till i looked closer. Looks decent but not a fan of the split case design. Tend to wear out quickly.
Well I got sick of the added bulk/weight of my verizon dual case looking around on ebay I found this Ringke case. It's a silicone case, not too much added protection if it were dropped but just for daily use it's good enough. It definitely improves the power button feel, barely even have to touch it. Fit's nice and snug on the phone adds almost nothing to it. It isn't like most silicone cases collecting lint/getting stuck in your pocket it's a different material never seen it on a phone case before Only real complaint is with after market chargers the rubber kind of gets in the way but other then that I have zero complaints about it. For the price I think it was a decent deal.
just figured there might be others out there not sure about it, like I was and give a little insight on it.
16.00 shipped
Ringke Case
if really wanted I could get pictures of mine on the phone.
I'll post a video review in a couple days. If your looking for a case which add very little bulk to the phone this is it. High quality silicone which doesn't pick up lint, dust or dirt.

agreed thanks for the pics. only camera I have available atm is my Tbolt lol. I also took this thing with me mudding, was full of everything under the sun, came home threw it in the sink and looks new again, my last two cases stained and looked like crap.
As the Official car mount isn't out till January and currently costs £50 (no way am I paying that much) I decided to go down the cheapo route. So as the Nokia CR-115 proved popular with GS2 users and the Nexus is only 1.8mm wider I ordered one at £5.88.
Can't get any pictures of it in daylight till the weekend so here they are at night.

Out of the box it's an extremely tight fit with the Nexus, but trimming down the generously sized 'cushions' allows for a better fit.
As you'd expect of a Nokia product, it's well designed and built well.
Looks pretty good. I much more prefer the official case design, but not $70 more. haha
Looks like a good idea for me until Brodit release their model. Does it not press the volume button though?
Got this here. Works fine. I personally cut the rubber a bit on both sides.
I thought I take a risk on one of the clingo mounts. My worry was as the back of the phone has rubber texture it wouldn't work well, but very impressed so far..
Do you think I could use this case with a Diztronic TPU case if I cut the rubber enough? Thanks.
I'll be looking for a decent car mount soon
Not seen many good ones about

Yeah I had room to spare with the rubber using this case.
This is the Qubits Snap-On case for the GSM Galaxy Nexus.
This does not fit the Verizon LTE version.
It is very similar to the Incipio Feather and the Case-Mate Barely There.
http://www.amazon.com/SAMSUNG-RUBBE...9UWU/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1324590852&sr=8-4
The case fits perfectly and is very snug. The case has a rubberized coating on the inside and outside of the case. There is a small lip on the front of the device for minimal lay-on-the-table design. The side edges are very smooth, but the top and bottom edges are a tiny bit rough. It isn't uncomfortable, and I don't really mind. With this design, the top and bottom are halfway exposed, but comparing with the Feather, it does cover more. The case is fairly thin, but not as thin as the Feather. Basically, this just gives me more grip to hold the phone.
It is only $8.90 with prime shipping, a great value IMO.
BTW I have a skinomi screen protector on at the moment, but will be applying XO Skins very soon.

Figure it was better than creating one in the "want to sell" forums for jusgt one case....Thanks guys...PM if u want this
I got it for only around $5 from Amazon. But after one or two days of usage I found it too slippery. I'm waiting for mesh case they provide more grip IMO
Is there gonna be any mesh cases available?

I bet there will be, but don't know who will make them.

I want to buy a new case for my galaxy s3. I think will buy the case from ebay. I am looking for a strong case. I want a case that even if the galaxy will fall on the floor it won't be scratch or any breaks.
I heard about case mate though, speck and more cases but I don't know which is the best. I don't need any special uses.
If it's drop protection you want
My top 3:
Griffin Survivor (my current case)
Trident Kraken.
Otterbox Defender.
I'd stay away from eBay, knock offs are more common there. Just my personal preference.
Just a side note, any case that provides top of the line drop protection will add bulk. But if your like me and prefer a little bulky then your good.

Urban Armor Gear hands down the best case I have owned check it out in the thread in here around the top tons of pics and info there.

Yup IMO, UAG gives the BEST overall protection with the SLIMMEST design.
Thank you very much. I think I will buy the UAG case but where can I buy it in good price? I need a shop that send to Israel.
Before you decide to get the uag at least look at the puregear dualtek, it's a sweet case and the best one I've ever used. There's a thread here with a review of it. I personally think its a better case than the uag.
