Just rooted and installed nv Rom. Isis wallet worked great before. Now I'm rooted and won't work.I was getting a can not use because of root message. I installed xposed and used the root cloak module. That fixed that but now says my SIM is missing a secure element? Anyone know how to get this to work?

Worked for me
I have version 3 installed. It fixed the root error but now I get a SIM card secure element error.

It works? There is another method that might work in an xposed module called motox tether....thanks a bunch!

The sqlite hack no longer works with KitKat.
The VZWEntitlementServices.apk hack was developed for the Maxx/Ultra, but also works on the Razr M.

Has anyone with a rooted device got Isis working on T-Mobile?
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Yep, I've got both Isis and Google Wallet working on my rooted and S-off M8. I had to install the Xposed framework and and the Isis root bypass module. I also installed the NFCIconRemover module but that's just personal preference.
I'm running the Stock+ ROM, but I don't think that has anything to do with my success with NFC wallet apps.

Every time I open mine up it says something about the secure element on SIM card. I have the New SIM card.

Looks like it may only work on stock carrier Rom

That makes sense. It is working for me on the Stock+ rom.

I use hide my root app and it's working fine.

I still get the message saying sky go is not supported on rooted devices

Did you hide su, then uninstall su app. Make sure there is no su app left. Then reboot the phone and try skygo. I just did it and it's working.

I've also had no luck getting skygo working, in the end I just gave up.
Even installing a stock custom Rom with NO root, it still was giving me the message that it wasn't supported on rooted devices.
Sky.... Your a big pain in the @$$!
I got my dad a Pro and he is running on AIO and can't seem to get the update . Regardless of whose Sim we use (I'm on att) we get the non registered yet error. Any suggestions ? Is there a manual way to update ? Thanks in advance .

Keep waiting. Their rolling the update out in waves so not everybody is getting it at the same time
Just got off the phone with ATT. They had to push it to me manually, but I had to put my att Sim in first. All good now.

Actually it works if i remove the updates, but the updated version does not and this happening since the last three updates
Is this common with the htc m8 duel sim.
And more over, do you know when the update for 4.4.3 will be released.
