Hi, guys, I introduce an App that could control your PC/Mac. You can sit on the couch and being able to surf the web, play or pause media player.
And mouse click, virtual beautiful keyboard. All features works good. Please try it.
And the App forum link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2156808.
I always use TeamViewer :victory:
Really good app for controlling my Mac. WiFi Mouse works as Mac's mouse and keyboard. But the full screen keyboard is Pro version feature.
Looks nice, try it.
WiFi Mouse works great, i can control my media player from my phone, it make me lazy.
I am using WifiMouse for quite a while now and its awesome!
Awesome app, even easy to start and show PPT presentation.

Google Gremote, and download the free version. It's pretty awesome. You just need to tweak the mousepad settings, then get used to how it works.

with your ps3 how much control do you have because i am wanting to have my x1 control my ps3. I am hoping there is a way to have a remote play function set up on my phone so you could control the ps3 and stream content over the web like a PSP.
Is there any app or any way that I can use to control the volume on my PC by using my Touch HD (for example via WiFi or Bluetooth)?
I often like to watch movies on my PC while laying in bed, and although I can use my wireless keyboard to control the volume, the distance is sometimes a problem. It would be easier and more comfortable to simply have my HD to control the volume. It would be nice to control pause and play as well, but even just the volume would be great.
GRemote will do that and more over wifi Brilliant app.

OMG, Surgent - thanks a lot!!!!! That's awesome!! I almost didn't bother starting this thread because I thought for sure there would be nothing like that out there. Ha-ha - I'm glad I asked the question. I'm checking it out and it works perfectly! You're right, it does media player control and a whole lot more too (via wifi or bluetooth). That means I can use it at home with wifi or on the go with bluetooth.
BTW - Welcome to the forum!!
And if anyone is interested in this app, here is the link.
See, this is why I love this site & community. You won't get what you want unless you ask, and you never know, it may already exist!! Excellent!!

Paired my Logitech DiNovo Mini with my Xoom on 3.1, and both mouse and keyboard in it work perfectly. It is just the right size for getting some work done, though the mouse could use a bit more acceleration
All in all, a great little accessory - next step is to make a charger cable for USB so I can leave the DiNovo adapter at home.

Captivate always on mikey's latest wonder, whether Serendipity or GR-11
I'm uploading a youtube video but will describe my findings with my DiNovo Mini:
- It's responsive enough for government work
- Home is FN-e (explorer)
- Volume Up and Down buttons work
- Rewind, Stop, Play/Pause and Fast Forward all work
- Page Up and Page Down work great in a browser
- Mouse control is great in an RDP client connected to a windows box: I will put my foot in my mouth on this one. This functionality alone enables all levels of professionals to hit the field knowing they can have dependable RDP support and also have the precision and control of a mouse while using the tablet. I could see a doctor carrying this from room to room with a little dinovo mini, setting it down and entering in patient information all while keeping his own equipment secure. The uses are endless.
Here ya go check it out:

I have a similar setup and I also swear by PocketCloud.
Out of curiosity since you guys are Pocketcloud users. I just set it up for the first time (thanks for bringing it to my attention!) and was wondering if you guys know if it supports multiple monitor setups? I run 3 mobitors on my main PC and would love to be able to switch between monitors. Is LogMeIn ignition my best bet?
Thanks!

When used in RDP mode I can tell you that it will not. All desktops get squashed into one. VNC mode may be different.

In Logmein, I can pick which monitor I want, or watch all three at the same time. I can select through the menu, or shake to switch. Pretty neat.
I tried also dinovo edge and it working perfect with all the shortcuts and volume slider

amazing. so now i can control with this beautey (my dinovo mini):
my PS3
my PC

When using the bluetooth keyboard as a keyboard, does the on-screen keyboard still pop-up or do you get to use the Xoom full screen *and* type?
A friend has apples multi touch pad for his macbook and it works really for general browsing/videos etc (that with a kb). I have been trying a few, none really allowed pinch to zoom. Does anybody know if its possible?
While searching, I found one called idisplay,

it extends your win7 desktop to your phone, then you can use the phoens touch screen to move around!
why use your phone as a mouse pad when you have a keyboard and mouse dedicated for your pc ?

Because sometimes its nice to be able to shut the pc down from bed
and yes im that lazy. I have my tv hooked up to my pc and i use remote
droid to control what im playing on the tv or even vlc remote.
Remote droid has the touchpad but i dont know if its multitouch.
at home my pc is hooked up to my hdtv, so when sitting on the couch my mouse doesnt work so well. I could buy a new mouse, but after using the magic pad thingy I was thinking it was much easier to move about websites and click on episodes/movies. Im not saying I will get rid of my mouse, just certain times it would be easier for me.
So far, the sonar mouse works best (anybody else?), but I think it eats up the battery.

i dont even need to touch the damn thing.
Also do you know about remote notifier? to get all your phone notifications
from your phone on your pc. thats good too if say youre phones downstairs.

Was looking for something similar and came across this:

Hi there.
I would like to know if there's any way to use our Xperia Play and its game controls to play on Windows (7 or 8) via Bluetooth (not wifi).
I know this has been asked some time, but I haven't found any good solution.
Nobody knows anything about this? O__o
For Bluetooth, i think you can use DroidMote. Droidmote allows you to connect to a PC through Bluetooth i believe and use it as a mouse, keyboard, or Gamepad. It wasn't very good as a gamepad to me because you cannot press more than one button at a time. If you can settle for a WiFi Gamepad, i really recommend nJoy. nJoy allows you to connect through WiFi if the PC is on the same network and use it as a mouse, keyboard, and Gamepad. This is the best to me because you can press more buttons like a real controller and it is remappable straight away. The only downside to nJoy is that it's not free, but it isn't too expensive and i would definitely say they deserve the money for such a great app.
Ok I finally did it.
It's easy, just get an app that lets you use your mobile as a gamepad via bluetooth using its onscreen controls, then you get Game Keyboard to play on those onscreen controls with the controls of the Xperia Play. And voilá, you will use the Xperia Play as a bluetooth gamepad on Windows.
So I used Ultimate Gamepad + Game Keyboard. Sad that there's no app that supports the Xperia Play touchpad, that + Game Keyboard would be perfect... Isn't there any gamepad app that has obviously the normal game controls (d-pad, action buttons...) but has analog sticks on the onscreen controls?
