WOW. First let me say.. i literally ordered this case yesterday and it came today in the mail... I had paid for 5-7 day shipping. Pleasantly surprised! Second, I have had this case for my blackberry before, and i really do love it! It is so thin and light.
One negative aspect is that it really does collect fingerprints, even though it isn't even glossy.. weird.
Overall great buy, fast shipping!

I recommend the Tough case for its ruggedness and durability, i bought one for my vibrant two years ago and its still going strong, that said it adds
alot of bulk.
if you want to maintain the sleekness of the GS3 get the barely there cases, i prefer the black aluminum one.

As its quite long since the launch of N5 and after going through so many cases I would suggest you this shellster beltclip/kickstand case for your Nexus 5...as personally I own this case and m really impressed with the quality and comfort of this case...it allows you to have a very fine grip on the phone...and make your phone safe too...

Here ya go, I'll pimp my own thread hahah. I did a few reviews for ridiculously cheap/good deal ebay cases (all have a bunch of pictures). This is if you're into hardcases anyway. If you want softer cases (TPU/Rubber/Gel) meant for drop protection then these ones probably aren't up your alley. They will all work with screen protectors though.
Out of all of them, I recommend the Quicksand cases!!. They've sold so well though that the price has since increased to $1.99 with free shipping.

Well, it would seem I have finally broken my quicksand case. I tried a couple of the cases that are still available on Amazon and I can't stand them. I can't find a quicksand case for sale for my Nexus 5 anywhere, barring a couple of really bad colors (baby blue and hot pink.) Has anybody seen any online?

I wish it was available in colors other than black, but it's the best case I've found as far as usability goes.
I haven't tried that one in particular, but had another tpu case like it. They are better than the quicksand for protection but, in my opinion, don't look or feel as nice as the hard quicksand cases. The quicksand case also allows easy access the far edges of the screen, something I had an issue with other tpu cases. I may end up trying it though as it seems these cases are no longer being made. I appreciate the suggestion

That is the exact case I was talking about. It is the only time I've ever had a case that improved on the look and feel of the phone. Unfortunately that one shows unavailable, but I did find one on Amazon that was from a "third-party seller." I had to pay $17 for it, but it was worth it to me. A shame they are so hard to come by now, I will have to be careful not to break this one.
You can find really cheap ones on Aliexpress. I got one in like February 2015 as a gift and it took like more than a year for me to wear it out. They are sturdy and grip really well and they look really beautiful. I had a black one and my friend were always impressed as f. when they saw it. I don't know if I should put a direct link here, but just go to Aliexpress and search "nexus 5 quicksand" and it should pop up as first with most orders.
I bought a Spigen case five years ago and the phone is practically new. It is more expensive and fat than the other cases but worth it. Trust me.
It's nothing special but somebody on eBay is selling brand new in package Incipio cases for the G6 for only $2.49. I just got mine in the mail yesterday and it's thin, has good grip, fits perfectly, 3ft drop projection and arrived in 2 days from a US based seller. I think the only color he has available is clear but it looks good imo. I just ordered a second one assuming this one will eventually start yellowing like every other clear case I've ever owned. Nothing spectacular but I thought it was a killer price and wanted to pass it on to anyone looking for a really inexpensive quality case. Here's the link...
