Simple Weather Lockscreen mod for CM9&CM10

Hello guys, this is just a simple mod created in 2 minutes :laugh:
I have "created" this because I didn't like how minimalistic weather looked on CM9.​​

I am not sure, but you can flash it again after the update...

I guess its safe to make a nandroid. Probably you can mention in OP

You have nothing to worry about, that was the part of VRTheme Flasher...
EDIT: I have uploaded v1.1 which removes that from updater-script... flash it if you want

It should work but AOKP's weather icons are in different size (they are smaller) so they will be a little bit cropped.

After instal this mod, i can't see boot logo (the writings Samsung GT-i9100) again
I try flash cm9 but boot logo still not apear
Anyone help me !!

No offence, but this is the bad mod I ever flash from the previous 2 years. My phone stuck at 'logo.jpg' draw failed forever and yes, I also don't have the samsung boot logo. But that not the worse part, I can't even enter the recovery mode, it stuck at 'logo.jpg' draw failed' when i press the 3 button. Thank god I already backup all my data before flash this. I have to factory reset my phone using odin because there is no other ways for me to enter recovery mode. Btw, I actually flash the first version when you upload it.

Just remove the LG UI apks from system/app.

Does not work with Omega 14. Does work with Omega 13 and is really nice. Any chance on getting it work with Omega 14, Jelly Bean.

I'm not the one who ported LG Home but I just made the flashable zip so I think it's only ICS now..
However I will try to do something towards that..

It doesn't work, fc every time I choose lg launcher.

There are some more themes, if i add them to your zip, will they flash correctly? or do i have to add the names of files to a script file?

I was wondering if this work on the tmobile s3?

You Should Add them To /system/app Folder and you don't have to modify the script..xD

This Works On any device with XHDPI Resolution Or More So It will work with you..

First you should have your phone rooted with a custom recovery.
Then copy the file to phone memory or sd card and install using custom recovery..

Just download the whole files by clicking on file ( far top left..underneath TWCalc-Dark.zip then download..
Its a zip file so I'm sure you have to flash it!

Just to let you or anyone else know, monish, the calculator is working perfectly. Great job as usual mate.

did it get flashed onto system ??
do u see app in app drawer ?
if u have root explorer please check in system/app folder and tell me if TWCalculator.apk is present
if not , it hasnt been installed , maybe cuz of insufficient space in system
am sure it will get flashed if there is enuf space

Works 99% perfect...only problem is that the size is not right. It doesn't fill the screen for some reason. It's aligned on the left side of the screen and top to bottom, but there is a 10% on the right side that's emptry/void. I tried reflashing it, nothing changed. I'm on 4.2.2 MF8, rooted, stock kernel.

Are you guys changing dpi from stock 240 ? Try disabling the navbar. As far as I know , sammy apps dont support multi-dpi.

DPI was the problem for me. I had forgotten about Samsung apps as I rarely use. Thanks

use root explorer or any other alternative
browse to system folder present in root
in there , is a file build.prop
edit it
go down until u see
ro.sf.lcd_density
give value as
ro.sf.lcd_density=240
save and close
restart phone

Instructions
download the one plus one lockscreen
copy to system/priv-app
set rw-r-r permission
delete the keyguard.apk in system/priv-app
reboot device

It didn't work in my device either, Moto E. I guess it did not worked for use because we have TWRP.

Nope I don't think so did your lock screen changed or you are facing force close if no changes are made to lock screen extract the app and manually replace and set rw-r-r permission

Hi. I am not so lectured in Android customization and the only thing I've ever flashed is Closed for LP. Shall I just put the zip in the internal memory and flash it via TWRP, or is there another step?
Also if I need to return to the stock bootlogo what is it I shall save or where do I find it?

Yes just put the zip file in the internal memory and flash it through twrp or philz recovery. You will have to find the stock boot logo and flash it using mfastboot in order to return to stock.
