Sense Twitter was part of FriendStream, which was replaced in Sense 5 and above with BlinkFeed.

which widget is that ? If it is Friendstream widget, the auto-sync is setup to refresh every four hours at 0600, 1000, 1400 and so on
Are you using a task killer?, that could be the reason

Installed Nova but lost all the Sense widgets. Is there anyway to get the weather and calendar widgets?

I've got greenify installed, and set to track which apps wake my greenified apps.
BlinkFeed keeps waking up WhatsApp for some reason, does it mean that the BlinkFeed launcher is waking WhatsApp? I just use the stock HTC launcher, and I have not linked WhatsApp to BlinkFeed at all.

BlinkFeed IS the launcher. Sense 5.5 = prism - sense 6 = BlinkFeed

I like the stock HTC Sense Calendar, and the 4 x 1 Widget, but hate it white. Would love an inverted black version.
