So I've created a Zooper skin apk and when I test it on other devices, the text (particularly the calendar events) end up skewed way off of the rectangles I intend for them to superimposed on.
Here's how I want it to look:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
or
Here's how it looks on my tablet (similar results on friend's Samsung GS3):
This one was much closer, but in this case the scaling was off.
I changed the alignment for the larger widget's calendar events to "center left" which improved things, but the scaling got me again.
I'm most concerned with the alignment issue, which I might have sorta figured out, but generally speaking it is concerning to me that the widgets all look different on each device. Is there a better way to design them to avoid this?
Here's an .apk if you want to test or you can download through the Play Store. Thanks for your help!

Just like my earlier post none of the work here is my own. This is hybrid but with a new (i think very cool) splash screen, some new icons such as firefox, sunbird and thunderbird and some changes to the battery and usb notification. The second picture shows the battery notification during use, the battery icon only shows during charging as i prefer a 5 notification, i never bothered changing the charging icons. i probably will later

This is only compatible with JFrc30 and i will not be making it for other versions. As above very little of this is my own work, almost all of it is gimped (think photoshopped) versions of others work
Sorry
sorry guys pics now on photobucket
So I was either dreaming or I actually did see a widget like this in a screenshot around these forums. I can't remember where I saw the picture so I will just have to describe it and hopefully someone knows what it is. Its basically a notification widget that shows your number of unread sms, phone calls, and email messages. But its a completely text based widget so it has a nice clean look like minimalistic text. Any help would be much appreciated.
You were dreaming dude.... But if that was real it would be cool.
Just messin with ya...
MissedIt! is what you saw:

Put it on my Dinc a week ago, now I see there's a new version. Hard to decide how I like the look of it but here's my current MissedIt! layout:

"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

}
I'm hoping an experienced theme maker will help me with this, but can anyone make a theme that matches the style of the Noblesse Oblige phone from the anime Eden of the East? I'm actually surprised no one has tried too before, and I've seen several attempts on the iPhone.
I hoping for something like that. Any tiny little icon or background would be much appreciated. Oh, and I use cyanogen mod and adw.launcher pro if that helps. ^-^
I would post links but I'm still a new user with not enough posts. :/

I don't have a theme yet, but I do have a background.
Trying to brush up on my code-writing skills to make a battery widget that uses the Selecao numbers as a battery gauge.
Someone please pick this up I would be ALL OVER this
Pleasantly Mad.
Coming from a device running launcherpro over to stock ICS I was wondering if there is a way to make the Calendar widget display a list of events for the upcoming month? Right now all it shows is the current day and any events for that day.
I like being able to quickly look at the widget to see what my schedule is like for the next few days so this is totally lacking for me.

^ it seems like it shows correctly for everyone else. I have 3 calendars and nothing is showing for me. Any ideas?
Edit: think I found my answer here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1391191
Seems like the widget wont display full day events.
Maybe it's just me, but I make fewer typos with it than swype, meaning it does a better job guessing my swipe. I can swipe without looking at the keyboard a lot of time. The layout is comfortable too.
The only thing is I can't stand the white theme. I Googled and looked in the play store but there doesn't seem to be any theme for it. Does anyone know of a theme for this keyboard? thanks
Totally agree, missing dark theme is a bummer. Couldn't find any.
Edit: there seem to be some patched versions by installing new apk, see here http://gs5.wonderhowto.com/how-to/i...our-galaxy-s5-for-easier-typing-dark-0156064/
Anybody tried this on Tab S?
Edit2: works, but small, due to higher resolution.
