Official ICS coming in July?

I spoke with my friend from bbs.gfan.com today an he contacted LG support in the US. Thats what he wrote:
Hi All,
I'm sending this email on behalf of all the LG fans here,we have been waiting for so long for ICS upgrade, and yet we heard it is gonna be in July.
I know it takes time to develop, test and debugging, but as you can see, Samsung has already released the ICS for Galaxy S2.
Releasing new phones(Optimus 4X,Optimus Tag,Optimus Vu,L Series) is not changing the fact that LG does not have timely service for the fans, that's not just me saying that,i met LG Phoners from US and Canada, even one from Germany, they all agree with this.
LG Phones always have good quality, the best display, and usual performance,i hope the service can keep it up like the phone quality.
At least, please give us a update schedule. Thanks in advance.
Best regards to all.
And thats the reply from LG support:

Anyone with more infos about ICS for LG, maybe?

THIS is what I want to upgrade to! Galaxy S4 with Snapdragon 800

(Sorry for the weird URL title, but thats what they made it)
Please come to Sprint, please come to Sprint, please come to Sprint
Pretty sure they said CDMA devices will be released a month after ATT & T-Mo (GSM)

I wonder if Sprint and the other carriers would release this considering the GS5 will be out not too later, assuming the updated S4 becomes available for purchase near the end of the year.

Did they ever wind up selling the S2 Plus?

Safetynet failing with Android N

Havent had the opportunity to try Android pay yet. Anyone else getting similar results? Android pay and Safetynet worked before updating via beta test ota.

Came across a Reddit thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/49pfgk/android_n_developer_preview_megathread/d0tnsjf) as well as an XDA thread (http://www.xda-developers.com/xda-e...oid-pay-will-not-work-on-android-n/?nocache=1) and note that Android pay will not work at the moment due to any services that rely on passing Google’s Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) will fail

Android OREO

Guys since Google has released the Android Source code for OREO, can we expect a quick release of any AOSP or LineageOS version of android OREO soon? Any devs out there working on it?

Be patient. Takes lot of time. If you need quick updates from google buy a pixel device.
You have posted in the wrong place, this area is only for developers

Hi guys, it is Jan 30th 2018 and I just received a never turned on T-Mobile Galaxy Note 7:

}
What are the necessary steps that I need to do, to at least use the Note 7 as a note taker/tablet. I have the phone in South America and is a T-Mobile one, never turned on. How can I save this phone?
Lo and behold, please help saving this piece of history.
Install a custom rom and replace the battery with the note 8 one I guess
Also, how much did you pay for it?
Since it's a SM-N930T with snapdragon processor there is NO custom rom.
