Answer for your first question..
System is reserved with 4gb which is not visible... And other 4gb is for user to install apps n other stuff...
Another answer...
Try foldermount...

Thank you for answer. Thing that bothers me is that on JB i had 3gb for installing apps and with this rom only 1gb

Ditto..
So, Move those apps to your SD card
which rom are you running ? cause one of them is known for having a mem leak.
I have noticed if you put too many apps on ur memory card it messes your phone up.
I wonder if its possible to customly add more onboard memeory.
i have the latest 3vo rom and most of my apps are in the memory

I tried to use 11extsd2internalsd file with unit.d but I think I'm doing something wrong or it doesn't work for me. Sdcard0 folder is empty and and size of it is 2GB. My sdcard(32GB) is still under sdcard1 folder. I can't attach any screenshots because when I'm trying to take one it says that screenshot cannot be taken. I think it's because of this failed swap, because when I turn of init.d screenshots are working.
First of all, I am speaking from first hand experience. Second, DON'T SWAP THE MEMORIES. I have barely lived through 3 weeks of swapped memory and it. is. horrible. There is way too much lag that remains even after reversing the switch. For example, when pushing the notification bar it really lags. Also, when you wake up your phone after it has gone to sleep, it will have to read memory and it will lag a lot. Just use foldermount or link2sd. Sure, bothering to link is really bad, but having a stutter-less phone is way better.

I've got class 10 too, but it doesn't work. internal sdcard0 and external sdcard1 are still in the same places. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

From what I see, you're running 4.3 on your phone. I honestly never did it on 4.3. Perhaps, it's beacuse you're not doing this by this method? That one worked for me, the terminal emulator method just sucks(1 typo and you're dead).
If you ARE doing it by that method, then probably it is because the apps aren't updated for this firmware?

From my understanding , they patched that leak in 5.1... I used xposed to install a fix memory leak for 5.0.2 which is what the m9 uses
This is mine after 6 hours, let me know if you wanna see it after a few days with out a restart.
Thanks a lot dude . if you could take screenshot after 3 days of use

So haven't gotten above 600Mb total on system, it usually sits right under 500mb after I go into the app setting screen after I let it sit for a few seconds then take a screen shot.

Do you have the xposed fix memory leak apk installed? That last screen shot was before I went to bed when my phone was idle for 20+ mins
Also it may depend on what ROM you are using.
I am badboyz v1.1 with leedroid kernel (for kcal control) on sprint

Yeah could be that the venom one with it's tweaks and themes takes up way more.
Anyway, on topic as to the leak, I've not yet experienced anything below that free ram, no matter how long my phone was on before rebooting.

Nah it's all good, even 1.5 free is more than enough
Too big of a hassle to do that just for testing sake haha, and no doubt my many tweaks and xposed modules don't actually help reducing ram usage

Thanks man enough for me seems like your m9 work like charm under 600 mg system ram is normal
A quick tip for you.
If your phones rooted, then use a file explorer with root permissions and go into /system/app & delete system apps that are pre-installed that you dont need... Only delete whats safe, for example Google Search, Zoe, etc
Is this normal ? After update to 5.1 system ram usage around 1 gig !!!!!! on 5.0.2 was 500 m

Is there any working app that helps to use external memory as a internal memory?
i have tried to searched and installed some apps also but they didn't worked so i removed them!
I am have Asus Zenfone 5 (t00j 8gb) cell and i hardly have 1 gb!
i tried to search in xposed installer but all of them were last updated in 2014 and it says it is only for kitkat.
If there any thread regarding this and that works for my cell so please leave the link below.
Thanks for reading it!

as for the question, if you use xposed framework you can use XinternalSD, if not you can use other link2sd solutions, the "real solution" would come from a kernel "developer" who manage to swap internal and external paths in kernel(as this is the only way to really invert memories since kitkat came out.)

theres no video i know of, but's pretty simple, with xposed you use XInternalSD which link all app data on "internal sdcard" on the external one, then you just have to move things in there(as i used with all apps, not just some, i moved the android folder from one to other), the rest can be moved even without root to a external sdcard, musics, pictures, that kind of stuff.
If im not mistaken, without exposed framework, theres an Mod here on XDA that support all devices, but i dont know the link of it, you'll need to find on Android Forum(dont know if its on development, apps and games or general)...
you wont lose any data in any of these processess, the only one you would was if you really swapped them.
I know what you are asking for, but in a simple answer, theres no solution for it, the workaround in link2sd with or without xposed modules...
Anyone using second space on their Poco F3?
If so, how is the ram and battery when using second space?
Guess I'll just try second space myself when the phone arrives.
1. Not worth it, caused my phone almost entered into bootloop.
2. Also can cause the miui not responding.
3. Device restarted by itself for like 3 times.

Works pretty fine. I don't really use it. I only used it for the sake of testing. It's just as fast as the first space.

I suggest updating/resetting your phone (back up your stuff)
Or just unlock bootloader and have custom rom miui eu on. Stable or weekly. Both should will serve you.
