[Q] T-Mobile Galaxy s3 t999 rom with polish language - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

Hi, where I can find any custom rom with polish language to T-mobile t999?

I do believe the Official firmware supports Several Languages. so please re-flash the firware or do Factory Reset. Upon boot it will prompt to choose language.
If the official firmware does not support Polish then you will have to check the Custom Roms to see if they do.

The official ROM is not Polish. I'm looking for a link to a custom rom where will be the Polish language

Well I do know the SlimBean I have on my S3 supports Polski. Don't have other roms to test right now. But I bet all AOSP
roms probably would.

The T999V has a lot of available languages. I might have a rom from a while back built from that firmware. Ill check, but it wont be totally up to date.

Heres a link to the T999V rom if you want to try it. Its built from LH2 though, which is 4.1.2 I think. I dont know for sure if it has Polish, I just know it had a lot more than the T999 roms. Hope it helps.

I have a Polish language but I have a problem with the front camera. It does not work after installing this rom

How fix problem with camera?

First thing to try is to take the cameradata folder from a T999 rom and copy it over yours (back up the original first). Doesn't always work but is one of the easier steps to start with.

Which rom is amt the best? Newbe need help =)

Hi Guys
I have my Galaxy Y for about 4 month now and I would like to test some new rom's.
I’m totally new on this section and have some questions about backing up roms etc.
Fist my specifications if it helps:
rooted android 2.3.5. Due to my provider (T-Mobile) im not able to flash a newer firmware thru kies atm.
PDA: BOKJ1
PHONE: BOKI3
CSC: DTRKJ2
How I make a backup from my firmware? I will test new Roms and I eventually will go back to my stock rom to get updates thru kies. I often read about clockwork mod and also I often read that cwm is not full compatible with SGY. Which version will work? Or is there another way to make a backup?
Which rom is atm the best?
I’m looking for some more performance, features and eventually a little better look and feel.
I cast an eye at Creeds rom but I heard that he is not developing it any more.. too bad...
atm this is the rom I would prefer.
Is there any other rom that is better than this? The hybrid rom looks so.. hmm I don’t know.. I think its not my cup of tea.. but maybe I give it a try
Or should I just flash a newer 2.3.6 stock rom on my device? In this case which one? There are so many and I have no clue which are the newest and which are fit my needs. I live in Germany so can I simple flash any other country firmware like India etc? Whats about the language of the menu?
Thanks for Ur help and I have to say sorry... English is not my mother language so plz don’t bash me if I spelt something wrong
First off, welcome to XDA Developers, bro.
I would suggest upgrading your firmware to 2.3.6 first. Check out Doky73's thread and I'm sure you will be able to find the latest European firmware there.
For backing up your current firmware, grab a copy of skin's CWM scattered all over the threads in the Development Section.
devsss plzz port sony xperia's rom to samsung galaxy y...timescape UI and itz widgets lookkkk cooll on galaxy y than touch wiz.......!!!

I have done that and I have no clue which are the best... thats all personal opinions. Nobody really says a thing over performance, memory usage etc..
I have read about 35-40 sites in the creeds rom thread and I give it a try but is scares me that its not developt anymore and that some people say that 2.1 is buggy.

[Q] Installing manufacturer stock rom on AT&T S3

Hi, I rooted my GS3 and it works fine, but I wouldn't mind having the default UI with it, as it's a bit better designed for the device than CyanogenMod 10 is.
The thing is, I'm not a AT&T user, can I install the original manufacturer version of the stock rom onto my S3?
Also, could someone provide a link for a download?
I assume you mean you rooted and flashed a custom ROM?

[Q] rooting. stock rom different from country of origin

so i just want to ask a question before i start rooting my note 2.
mine is the international version. when i upgraded to 4.1.2 i used the default system updater from the settings menu.
here is the screen shot of the "about" on my phone
img199.imageshack.us/img199/7566/screenshot2013051322143.png
and here is the image of my *#1234#
img713.imageshack.us/img713/8866/screenshot2013051322144.png
so upon research i discovered that my stock rom is from somewhere in the middle east and that the baseband version of my phone is from poland.
do i have that right?
now the problem is, is that i am from the philippines. and i dont know if my stock rom will give me any bugs since my OS came from another country?so will it affect my rooting? or is it safer to reflash my countries stock rom then root it? and is it advisable to download the latest stock rom for the philippines 4.1.2 april?
i cant post pics cuz im new. sorry guys and add the http in front. thanks!
Hey buddy it doesn't matter which rom you flash it's safe to flash any country stock rom no issues you can go ahead and root it.

How can I use international roms on t-mobile note 3?

I'm using my T-mobile Jump tomorrow to get a Note 3. Of course, the first thing I'm going to do is: open the box, plug the phone in, then root it. I don't know much about this phone since I have been using an HTC One running Cyanogen Mod. So, My question is, what's the best way to unlock the Note 3's full potential? I.e: I see many root solutions, which do you prefer and why? By rooting and installing custom recovery (TWRP, CWM, ect), am I able to use ROMS on the International Samsung Galaxy Note 3 forums, or am I limited to T-Mobile only offerings? I wouldn't consider myself a NOOB, or a Dev, just an enthusiast who wants to help other enthusiasts, please leave your advice and experiences below.

First thing you need to do is to learn about KNOX, there are dozens of threads related to KNOX so
it's easy to find.
If your new phone is a NOTE 3 and you don't read up on the KNOX issue but simply go and root the
phone your warranty might be void afterwards.
You need to read up on the official 4.3 rom & the MK2 baseband which all new NOTE 3 phones have
before you root or flash any cwm/twrp flashable zip files including roms and kernels.
Once you decide what to do about the KNOX and still want to root your phone and flash custom roms
I would highly suggest to only flash roms in the Tmobile Note 3 forum, & only flash those roms which
are based on Tmobile 4.3 Jellybean Touchwiz firmwares.
Flashing any other roms will result in loosing the ability to use free tmobile wifi calling as well as loosing
most all of the bells and whistle which makes the NOTE 3 such a great phone.
In my experience with custom roms, the Wicked & Darthstalker roms are the only 2 that I would even consider flashing.
Do a lot of reading before you decide or do anything.
Good luck!
Vision X will work just fine, give it a look see also....

Yes, I flashed the Bobcat 3.0 rom too, and it looks like a Million Dollars, best LOOKING rom I have
ever seen... BUT unless the dev who created it can get himself a N900T Tmobile Note 3 phone to
test with, we will never have wifi calling if we flash the Bobcat International Note 3 rom.
I flashed it a few hours ago and am still debating with myself if I want to keep it or not. LOL
Hello!
I have a SM-N900T Baseband N900TUVUBMI7. But unfortunately, there is no Russian System language (not possible to enable it through the setting.)
I live in Russia, in this regard, I have a couple of questions:
1. Does the Russian language in international ROM?
2. What ROM you can recommend with support Russian system language and the maximum cut off apps from T-mobile and ather (consist only samsung apps)?
This "abundance" is useless for me.
I would be very grateful for the link to the thread of this ROM.
P.S.Sorry for the poor english.
Can i Flash 4.4.2 Leaked for SM-N9005 on SM-N900T?.
Hi, can i flash roms for sm-n9005 on my t-mobile note 3?? specially the leaked 4.4.2 kit kat? Thank you.

After flashing this rom on a N900T Galaxy Note 3 phone you will not have
Wifi, Bluetooth or NFC until you flash this wifi-bluetooth-nfc-FIX.zip file.
So you need to flash the rom first, set it all up so it's working properly then
go back into cwm/twrp custom recovery and flash the fix file below:
http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/...en900T/Needed_Files_BT_WIFI_NFC_Flashable.zip
After you flash the fix file, wifi, bluetooth and nfc will all work fine.
Good luck!

Sure you can, you can flash the 4.4.2 kitkat but don't expect everything to work properly,
especially wifi, data and many other things in it still need fixing.
That's why it's called a "leak"..
Good luck!
Does N900T have Russian language as a system language? I intend to root the phone and install Language Enabler from the market. The app reveals hidden languages but before I proceed I'd like to make sure that the phone does have Russian (hidden in it).
Thank you.
Hi, I have similar problem as escudovod1972. Live in the UK and have the T-mobile version (SM-N900T) of the note 3. Would like to have Russian and Lithuanian languages but keep the phone as close to stock as possible.
Was wondering if I could achieve this, by flashing one of these:
"International SM-N9005 Galaxy Note 3 Stock Firmware"
Will I need to flash a T-Mobile kernel separately?
Also if this works, will I loose any functionality?
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

You can flash a unified rom aka hlte (more info: http://www.cyanogenmod.org/blog/unified-builds) like cyanogen, carbon rom(using this on my N3 Tmobile in UK just now), AOKP and many more(safe to say that all have Russian), if you like the AOSP/AOKP look. Or go for X-note or other touch wiz based unified roms.
Anyways, take a look here for more info and rom lists: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3#romList
Hope this helps

I have this rom at my site, I make all kinds of roms... made this just a while ago... just flash the rom, http://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=devices&uid=9390248398092763634
I try all the roms, before posting them, make a backup then flash the rom,,, N9005XXUENE3_hlte_Stock_Odex_Not_Rooted_NoKnox.zip
I would not advise flashing the firmware... your rooted, its safer just flashing the rom...
I just made a UK rom earlier today, using this one, I was using Singapore for the past 3 or 4 days... I like using the newest rom...

[Q] SGH T999 and Roms.

I had recently obtained a s3 its a T-mobile, its running 4.1.2, with the T999UVDMD5 baseband. I rooted it, flashed xposed(haha the only thing XD). Well, reading about/friends have said there was trouble with the 4.3 update so I decided to stay on 4.1.2.
However, now I've decided to flash a custom rom, and I have noticed the different labels(D2lte, D2tmo, D2usa) and I had read from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1736477 "As of right now, the roms for your S3 are not meant to be used on other S3 variants" .
I have a few questions:
1.There was a baseband update, should I update it? If so, how exactly?
2.Would it be wise to flash a D2lte on This T-mobile device? I was looking at Resurrectionhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2692481(originally waiting on cm11 but.. Yeah lol)
3.Looking at KitKat rooms, which ones could I flash?
4.Would it be safe, if I did flash a 4.4.2 to restore a nandroid backup of my fresh rooted stock 4.1.2.
5.Lastly, what kernel would you say use?(Sorry to ask, curiosity as to which i could flash)
I appreciate taking your time to answer my questions and have a good day!
1) custom recovery.. There are zips available to flash
2) d2lte covers all d2 devices so its safe
3)Any on the development threads
4) Yes
5) like on 3, you can flash any kernel in the development threads, experiment and see which one works the best for you!

To answer your questions:
1. You do not need to update your firmware - I'm still on MD5. Modems, however, can be flashed separately from firmware.
2. You can flash d2lte ROMs on this phone as it's all one unified build for US SGS3 variants. (I.e. T-Mobile/AT&T/Sprint/Verizon SGS3 is now all built under d2lte).
3. As far as which KK ROM to flash...just try them all out and see which ones you like the best. Each ROM has different features - see which one is right for you.
4. If you don't update your firmware, then yes. (FYI, flashing a custom KK ROM does not update your firmware. However, if you flash one of the 4.3 root66 files that has firmware included, then it will update your firmware).
5. Again, try it out. It's hard to say which ROM/kernel combination will work best. I suggest you read the forums to see what people think of them.
Hope that helps.

No problem, and i forgot to say but the only time you might need to update modem is if you flash a 4.3 touchwiz ROM, other than that its not really needed unless you want to experiment and see if one gives you better results
Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
Oh, and one more thing: DO NOT flash a ROM that is for the international version of the SGS3 (i9300). It will, most definitely, brick your phone.
Don't know if you knew that or not...just wanted to make sure.
