Hi,
is there any way to check what band the phone can use? I have I337M with the kitkat radion NC1 plue ROM for I9505 (kernel also for i9505).
I would like to know if the phone can use frequencies in Europe- 900MHz for UMTS and 1800MHz for LTE.
Is there any program which would show me such info?
I would like to avoid specifications since those can vary depending to the source...
Is there really no option and possibility check?

I want to root my xperia ZL C6506 which has the latest firmware of 10.3.1.a.2.67 and I'm really confused I can find Doomlord easy root which shows how to do this with my firmware but I haven't done it because it shows kernel for C6503 not C6506. Can anyone tell me if this is a problem because I would hate to screw up my phone using wrong kernel? It is really confusing that xperia Z, and ZL have 3 different models. :silly:

i've use it on my c6502 and it works, just like you said "it shows kernel for C6503 not C6506 or C6502"...

in between the 6506 and the 6503, would switching the firmwares around also change the lte frequencies to their respective models (assuming the lte modem is the same)? i really want a 6503 but the people selling them have jacked up the price due to limited availability. whereas the 6506 is much easier and cheaper to buy.

well, in that case, you should ask SONY about it, but from my perspective, litteraly if you change (upgrade/downgrade) the firmware it will also change the baseband of the device, that's why you should alwalys flash the firmware based on your country not the firmware number.
I remember some guy in this forum said that when he flash the C6503 or the C6506 firmware to his C6502 device the LTE works, even though the C6502 doesn't have LTE integrated. Meaning, the C650X like the AMD TriCore Processor, it has a QuadCore with 1 Core disable.
^i'm sure a question like this is beyond sony's product support.
a user posted earlier in this forum that the lte chips between the 6503 and 6506 are different. which in that case, switching firmware around wouldn't open up new bands. but i figured someone here would have actually tried switching firmwares around and be able to confirm this for me.
Hi, I have some problem with my LG Optimus E975. A few days ago it lost WCDMA range. When I was in UK, I was using 3(three) and now in Poland I'm using Orange or Play and it finds only GSM range. In WCDMA Only I haven't any network operators.
Soft 10D, rooted, unlocked, I was doing wipes ang change ROM's, and have the same problem. My Spica, x8 and tipo working normally and have narmal range.
What can I do ? Warranty ?

I have LG g3 d855 with stock Android 5.0.I live in UK and I am in three network.
On that phone my average speed in 4g in full signal is now about 20-25mbps and similar on my home 100mbps internet via Wi-Fi.Before LG g3 I had jiayu s3 for few weeks and there my 4g in three UK network was about 40-60mbps and about 80mbps in my home Wi-Fi and that was awesome.
Can someone tell me what need to do if I want similar results on LG g3?

No, because even though 855 have a 5G modem, S10 lite don't built in with 5G antenna.
No antenna, so signal. No signal, no connectivity, no connectivity, no 5G
