Hello,
My LG G Pad 8.3 currently has the recent OTA Android 4.4.2 upgrade, nothing rooted/modded etc... Can someone let me know please:
1. When is CM11 Milestone 5 being released for the LG G Pad 8.3? I notice M5 was out a whie ago for other devices.
2. What are the known bugs/problems with CM11 M4?
3. Is it better to use CM11 M4 or the latest CM11 Nightly? I'm after a stable release, less so new features.
4. Are these good upgrade instructions? - http://true-android.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/update-lg-g-pad-83-v500-to-android-442.html
Thank you

Apologises, my mistake. I had a look before to try and discern the best place to put it. I thought it was here.
Noted. I've reposted it in the Q&A subforum.

You have to try and check.
The last post on the E973 thread for the MoKee Open Source ROM states that a new thread was created in the E975 original development forum and to check there for future updates (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2381312&page=4). This ROM for the E973 was last updated on July 27.
The E975 ROM was updated on August 9
I am wondering if it is possible to flash the E975 ROM onto my E973, as it seems that the author may only be updating the ROM from now on.
This ROM is fantastic and has proven to be the most stable 4.2.2 ROM for my E973.
Thanks!
Just ask the dev. Im sure he will update the e973 too because his phone is also a e973. Think the reason for this was because more e975 users were interested in MoKee than e973 users.
I asked him. Thanks!
I have a question. Did cyanogenmod discontinued with the lg g2 ls980? Because do to my research they stopped at version cm11 m9. Does that mean that they will not name a cyanogenmod 12 for the lg g2 ls980? I need a reply before cyanogenmod 12 comes out!
M9 is simply the last Snapshot. They have currently nightlies and the G2 is too powerful to go unsupported.
Cyanogenmod 12 or stock android 5 on lg g3 ??
Sir,
Please wait until mods will move this thread to the device specific forum for more relevant answers.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum - I'm new here.
So I got an old LG vk700 from a friend and I was hoping to install a custom ROM on it. It's currently running Android Lollipop 5.0.2, and it is the Verizon Model. I'm interested in trying to install an older version LineageOS on it but I noticed that it wasn't in the supported devices list. I did see that the LG G Pad 8.0 (which is almost identical to the vk700 other than the dimensions) is supported, and I was wondering whether it was possible to install the version of Lineage for the G Pad 8.0 on the vk700. If not, would it be possible for me to port it to the vk700 or is the vk700 for some reason impossible to use a custom ROM on? Thanks in advance!
