[Q] Note II SHV-E250S compatible 4.3 ROMS

Hi,
Is there any ROMS running at 4.3 version available now for the Korean Note II?
Have anyone try to flash this yet without being stuck in the start-up screen?

There are several 4.3 and 4.4 ROMs for N7105. All you have to do after you install them is to flash a boot converter.
Has anyone managed to install a 4.3 TW ROM on our Korean Note 2?

Stock ROM 4.3 is not great.. it is power hungry, wakelocks do not let the phone go to sleep at all. (something to do with location/ data traffic)
+ issue with Knox... it is too invasive
+ rooting not too successful. Phone throws error of "IMSframework stopped working"
my suggestion .... do not got for stock ROM... i am planning to try PA-Rom, or even OmniRom
IMO. give a pass to this 4.3 upgrade.. stick to 4.1.2

How to Restore Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7100) to Stock?

Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7100) and i'ts rooted. My ROM is DN3 V5 and I want to restore to the original official latest firmware. I think that the latest official software update is 4.4.2 (am I wrong?), that has been released about a week ago.
Can you help me please?

Here you go, download latest firmware, flash it using Odin 3.09 on your PC and you are done :good:

Please some one make a custom rom for n7507

I bought a note 3 neo. It was supposed to be n7505 but unfortunately i got n7507. So official kitkat firmware is not there. i do not know it will come or not. N7505 and N7507 specs are same but n7505's firmware do not work on n7507'.
so please some one help me by creating a custom rom for n7507 or give me suggestion that what i should do ?

Maybe this can you try Upgrade samsung note n7507 to android 5.1 use odin to flash... This fix deadlock

This device doesn't have an official lolliopop....not even an official kitkat.
But u can install some custom cm12 or omni lollipop 5.0.1 roms in the dev section of this forum
u can also get kitkat by flashing some of the kitty roms in the at&t note 2 dev section like dn4, etc
But first, u need to root your device and intsall a custom recovery ie. twrp or cwm/philz.. Every information is in this forum so please search and u will find

U cannot install original firmware of n7100 on this device. but like i said, u can get other custom roms on n7105 or the at&t note working on our device. I am using DN4 for lte devices now and its flawless.....everything note 4 has. and its android 4.4.4
so u have many options to pimp your device as u want. u dont really need the official firmware. Only issue will be the absence of wifi-calling.

Anyone successfully making calls on an sgh-t889 on DN4? I mean over the network, not wifi calls. I have baseband unknown, carrier unknown, no service, IMEI unknown.

Which Stock firmware to download for india? INS or INU?
both INS and INU are marked as : INDIA

It doesn't really matter anyway.
as long as you flash the right firmware for your N3N variant. as long as I know the only difference is the baseband..

Did you back up your stock rom before changing to a custom rom?
If yes then its just a easy task to get your original stock rom with your pervious settings and data.
Procedure :
I assume you are using a custom recovery (TWRP):
Check the attached detail
Note:
You cannot degrade your ROm from Kitkat to Jellybean
If your original was 4.3 Iam sorry Its now complicated.
.If you only need a fresh stock rom then download if from sams and use odin installation mode.
