2- Do have A root explorer
3- Download the launcher2.apk,
4-copy the downloaded launcher2.apk to the root/system/app and replace with the existing. launcher2.apk.

This is simply the android stock gingerbread launcher with blue icons.This was not themed by me nor do I deserve credit. This is the current launcher I am using as I personally do notlike touchwiz and the ics launcher in the market is buggy well for me at least. This doesn't match perfectly but it's close enough. Just move launcher.Apk to system app using root explorer or anything equivalent. If it asks to overwrite click yes. You should be good to go if it doesn't come up download home switcher in the market.

Tools needed:
- ACE_CM10.1_Test_Trebuchet_trans_app_drawer.zip
Steps [HOW TO]:
- Download the ACE_CM10.1_Test_Trebuchet_trans_app_drawer.zip
- Put the file in sdcard
- Go to CMW
- Backup your rom
- Flash it
- and Reboot
Bugs:
- after opening app and press back button the wallpaper looks black, just press the home button to show the wallpaper

Try to be post-specific from next time.
Anyways, I've been using one since a while and I made it myself.
Just copied the black bg from the black taskswitcher and replaced it on ours.
Dont forget to rename my attachment as"taskswitcher.apk", set the right permissions and reboot. :good:

Seems like you don't have any small app preinstalled on your device.
Download it from play and install it.

Installation howto:
Download root browser lite from play store and locate where you have downloaded SystemUI.apk. Copy the SystemUI by holding it and tapping the copy button. Then go to the system/app folder and paste it. This will then give you an option to over write the current SystemUI. Tap yes to overwrite then do a reboot and enjoy!
Nice job. Another alternative for the faint of heart would be downloading SoftKeyZ from the Play Store and set your soft keys to Moto (or any other)
