ICS lockscreen AOSP apk ?

Hello, i'm trying to find an apk for ICS (XXLPQ) lockscreen to replace the stock lockscreen.
do you know if this APK exist (and where ?)

Is it possible to have a standalone mod to have a lockscreen like all xperia phones have in their stock ICS ? i know there is a rom like http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1566304 which have the lock screen but i prefer having the lock screen only and having it running on top of another rom .

Like the title says, I'm looking for a way to install the Xperia Z lockscreen on my Xperia S (CM/AOKP based roms)
