Just bought s3 but has ROM and want stock jellybean can please some one help me do this

yea he mentioned it is rom'ed so I would assume root lol

I recently got a T999L for cheap

Its probably coming but who knows when.. In the meantime you can flash the t-999 4.1.2 ROMs if you just can't wait.. In my opinion I don't really like it, I prefer 4.1.1, its faster and more responsive in my experience

You could always flash a 4.2.2 rom. But like he said 4.1.1 is better in performance and battery in my opinion!
