Hello People! I have bought a Galaxy Grand Duos GT-i9082 as you all know! So let's start the question! I do want to root my new Galaxy Grand which I bought Today! but when I installed Framaroot and Click on SuperSU and the Gandalf then it says 'Failed!' why? I was having a Galaxy Core and Installed Framaroot and it was rooted and works fine but why in my Galaxy Grand? and ye I do not have installed any Custom Roms or Recoveries! Thanks? Framaroot fails sometimes...So best method to roots is to flash custom CWM recovery via Odin and Then Install The SuperSu via Recovery..

Just flash CF-Autoroot with Odin in downloadmode and you have root, link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1933542. after reboot install Busybox from Google Play. Next time use the search button, that would answer your question
First of all update your device to 4.1.2 (2013 released) your existing Rom have sds bug and can brick your device.

Its hard to find, and i am also looking how to root the phone.

Its prerooted Firmware , so you could download it and follow it
but you could use CF Auto root method .

but before you do that @ Dr.Ketan is available please PM him he will tell if its this root method is compatible or not ,
Make sure you do EFS backup.

I think there is no special forum by CF for N7102
But if you have samsung N7102 (china) then i have found this file from CF auto root central

You can flash it if your device is same as i said above. Though i highly recommend to find stock ROM before testing it, so you can return to stock if anything goes wrong.
Do it at your own responsibility, I have no any inputs regarding this.

I think your device may not be samsung n7102 but Chinese clone. No support for that you may find in that case.

Yes its a clone of a note 2, thats why its so hard to root that phone...

First thing it is not a 'room' Its a 'ROM', Second thing it is not a 'forms' because it is a 'forum'.
Now comin' back to the quest,,, Yes you can do more with DN3, mostly all of Note 3 and leaked S5 features were included in DN3.

Thanks For Reply Brother...And I want To Know that if i root my phone...so i will loose my samsung startup animation? because i don't want to loose the startup animation. i have see many of video they are using twrp for custom recovery and when they restart there phone its show normal startup animation of samsung. i also want original startup animation after root my phone....so please help me....

Nope,,, Not at all, Startup animation is ROM oriented, so if you're flashing stock roms Like DN3 or stock prerooted roms there is no worries of loosing of same.

Yes you can root also through TWRP, but use Saferoot or CF-Auto-Root to make things work correctly

thanks brother, i already install ditto d3 4.4.2 rc 2 on my note 2...its work like charm to me....thanks for your help......:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
I dont mean to compare with other roms, but i want to ask if there is any issue with the ditto rom?
i am using another custom rom with note3 feautures (glanceS4/N3) but it has a few bugs, for example: in the default browser i cant see download from the option menu and every time i want to close one tab, it closes all tabs instead.
Does Ditto have same issue?

Ditto Note 3 isn't the best rom for N2 but you can try it... if you have a original 4.3 Rom... you must to do a easy root using Cf-AutoRoot or flash a zip-signed file with the original recovery, then you download the new rom and try to install it with philz o twrp recovery.... REMEMBER to do a EFS backup ABSOLUTELY and a Nandroid Backup from recovery.It 's easier in practice than in words.

I've been using the forum to mod my phones for a long while now, the one thing I'm stuck on is putting cwm on my samsung galaxy fame GT-s6810P
I've managed to do it on other phones
I've tried to use odin and the flash count has gone up to 5,
Just wondering if anyone can help me out on this one.

maybe you could use zhuodashi, I rooted my gt-s6792l with this.. after you must change the chinesse root app with another

1.connet your device with PC
2.run motochoper
3.have fun
I used motochopper, it worked fine.
(Rooting is unconnected to my current brick situation!).
