Both are not flashable via recovery this are .tar and image files
Im providing the zips in official thread. Take a look at >>here<<
So no need of an other thread.
PS: The zip you provide here was made by me. So i think the thread should be closed.
Thread closed.

2. Don't repost other users work without permission
3. No need for this thread for the reason stated above.

Guys if you are fed up with CWM available routinely with scrolling up and down then here is the CWM with touch. It is not new for the senior
member . I am posting a link here for junior members and noobs like me.
http://android.donka.hu/SGS3/Recovery
put one of this zip file to your sdcard, flash from the recovery just like a rom zip, then go to the advanced menu and select reboot recovery option.
you can easily switch between normal and touch version with this, no need an usb cable and odin (thanks to Vodonka for this tip)

Why post a link to a non XDA site when the Touch Recovery is posted on XDA for months and months .

Guys I am interested to share this, the easiest way to install Merruk Kernel 2.5 #206.
I don't know anybody have shared like this or not.
At first Thanks To mai77. The developer of Merruk Kernel.
I have done it on JellyBlast rom.
At first Download this 4 files .
1. Kernel Update.ziphttp://mediafire.com/?6ack2sk84y2qgy9
2. Merruk technology2.0.tar (include boot.img)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1053569&d=1336694938
3. Elite modules.zip
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1383754&d=1349642823
4. Ext4-Converter-signed.zip
http://mediafire.com/?c5nl1cf4cye6px4
LET'S GET STARTED.
1-AT FIRST COPY THE ABOVE FILES TO SDCARD'S ROOT
2. EXTRACT boot.img FILE FROM Merruk Technology 2.0.tar To sd card Root
3. CLEAN UP SD PARTITION USING Link2sd
NOW ALL IS READY TO FLASH
THIS WAY
1. GO TO RECOVERY MODE THEN GO CMW RECOVERY
2. IN CMW CHOOSE install zip from SdCard SELECT kernel update.zip AND FLASH IT. (it will search boot.img and flashes it automatically)
3. BACKUP YOUR ROM IN CMW
4. YOU CAN REBOOT PHONE (NOT REQUIRED)
5. IN CMW FLASH Elite-modules.zip
6.IN CMW GO TO ADVANCED
AND DO REPORT ERROR
7. NOW FLASH Ext4-Converter-signed.zip in CMW.(this is the merruk2.5)
8. In Cmw GO TO backup/restore
»Select Advance Restore
» Restore System , data & cache
Do Not Restore boot img and sd-ext.
9. Now Reboot system .
10. Check About Phone.
11. ENJOY AND HIT THANKS.

i'm sorry,
i find your work awesome,
but this does not belong to the android development section,
for the following reasons to writ:
-this is not a android development, modification, hacking, derivate work of any android field,
-this is clearly a guide,
-we already have guides on this on the original merruk kernel thread, alongside with troubleshooting and the like,
don't double post in a thread in 2 sections,
keep the one in general section,
i'll request a mod to remove this from android development
can i do same procedure with others kernel?

And you expect anybody to bother to help you when you use such ridiculously generic topic titles like this that leave absolutely no description of topic for people browsing forum?
Any questions you have will have already been answered, I would highly recommend going and reading some topics before you try anything because there is plenty of info/guides on how to install roms.
Also watch this official XDA video..
Maybe you can search in the original post or in his own page the way to made it. have a nice day
you need to:
1. ROOT - downoad odin 3.09 and Philz touch recovery for n7100. Run odin and in AP choose Philz *.tar file, turn off phone, enter download mode(VOL-, Home, Power), connect note with pc (you need kies drivers) and flash
2. download supersu 1.65 from chainfire's site and flash it in recovery (vol+, home, power). choose install zip in recovery and choose supersu1.65.zip ftom phone
3. make EFS backup via kTool or in ROM aroma installer from dr.ketan
4. flash omni rom just like supersu.
have fun
The thread is already showing you the method of flashing, Bro.

Hey guys, wondering if somebody could help me. I rooted my galaxy tab 3 8.0 t310 and installed CWM using a guide (that i can't show you because i'm not allowed to post links).
And when I booted in recovery, it was in a funny resolution and looked different. When I pressed to volume buttons to navigate the menu, each time I were to press the button the menu would disappear entirely and then re appear when I pressed it again and moved onto the next selection on the menu.
My question is, is this fine, or should I use TWRP instead? And how would I go about changing? (I'm used to rooting and flashing roms but I've never flashed a new recovery on its own) - there is a download for TWRP on the page.

Go to THIS post.
Scroll to the bottom of the post to where the links for philz_touch_6.00.8 are located. If you want to flash the KitKat builds, then choose philz_touch_6.00.8-t310-blackhawk-next-selinux.zip, if you don't want KitKat, then choose philz_touch_6.00.8-t310-blackhawk-next.zip.
You can flash these zips in your current CWM and then reboot recovery. You will like Philz Touch recovery better than CWM. It is actually based on CWM 6.0.4.5, but has touch interface and more features.

Hi, don't have recovery (everything stock) on my tablet and want to install CM 11. My problem is that don't want to use hamidall software because on windows 8.1 don't work as readme file (i want to do with minimum risk). So my question is: Can I install some other version of recovery via odin and then re-flash with it philz_touch_6.00.8-t310-blackhawk-next.zip recovery. If I can, can you recommend which recovery to use to do that.

Download the utility in THIS thread. It will turn any recovery.img into an Odin flashable tar.md5 file.
Download the correct Philz recovery for your tablet.
Extract the recovery.img from the zip.
Use the utility linked above to make the recovery.img into recovery.tar.md5.
Flash it with Odin. Select it in the PDA slot.
Make sure you uncheck auto-reboot in Odin, hit START; then boot directly to recovery when Odin shows the "RES OK" message.
