How to install jb update on xperia s??..

Yesterday i bought xperia s in custom... and there is the updater 4.1.2 I got notification... how to install that update??.. pls help me

You got a notification in the mobile or PC Companion ?
Can you post a screenshot of the same.

Is there any custom rom (android 4.3 with sony ui) for xperia m?

Consider me as beginner, actually I was waiting for official android 4.3 release on xperia m,but my device(xperia m) is not there in the sony android 4.3 list.so I want to install custom android 4.3,but I really liked the sony UI,so is there any way to install android 4.3 with sony UI in my device,(i have rooted phone)

There are no ROMs for 4.3 or 4.4 so far

I'm pretty sure you have to use Sony PC companion or flash an .ftf using flashtool.

I hate waiting for updates too. If you have root, there is a link in my thread showing how to update to 4.3 from a country that has it.

why don't you flash a 4.3 ftf ?
or you can choose other 4.1 ftf

I want the 4.1 ftf so I can obtain m root again and install cmw then I can flash a pre-Rooted 4.3 ftf not only that I wanted to have the option of just rooting 4..2 and skipping 4.3 and going straight to 4.4 I've already had 4.3 on the Xperia T and though it was better than 4.2 on the ZL it came with some minor bugs that I don't even want to deal with plus I will loos some stuff.

Yes you can but why do you want to install the 4.2 when there is 4.3 available which is better, smoother than 4.2 :good:
