recently i flash colors custom rom and now i have micronote custom rom. but problem arises with two boot animination at starting . how can i solve it. first when i open it show colors boot animation and afterward it show samsung boot animation.plz any one can help me....looking forward

If you want to change the boot logo and not the animation you've got to edit the boot_logo file which is present in the /system/media/images. If you want to customize it, Customize by using this guide If you want the stock boot_logo, i've uploaded it here

tell me if your problem is solved or not. see in boot animation app you'll find your samsung boot animation too. so first delete your default animations, then download and install the desired one.

If you applied a theme to TWRP 2.1.1, that could be the cause of the broken flash button. Themes that worked on previous versions of TWRP seem to break the flash button/slider on the new version.

use root explorer or such find twrp on your sd card and delete the theme file you added should be called calm or blue I believe escuse me sorry its under theme the file is called .DS_store sdcard/twrp/themes delete .DS_store

yeah I was using calm before and when I installed 2.1.1 it looked pretty bad lol because the theme file stayed
in /sdcard/theme i found only ui.zip file . there is no file called .DS_store .
I deleted it and now I cant use TWRP because there is no theme .

delete the folder called theme maybe this is causing your issue the folder can be recreated

After flash ( tried v3,v4, and v4.4.2) status bar and navi bar was not present... Screen shot function wasn't working and wife was in bed so I couldn't take pics... I'm thinking it was due to either gravity box or the modified homescreen.apk I have... Tonight I'll remove xposed and test... If that doesn't work I'll restore a pure stock deodexed back up and test to try n figure out which one it doesn't like

1. What system version are you on?
2. Did you deodexed before flashing?
3. Did you have any Xposed mods installed that modified framework/SystemUI before you flashed? If so, please list them.
4. Did you follow the OP and make a back-up before flashing?
Restore official firmware with RSD lite.

1)I am originally on 4.4.2 but when I changed my ROM to Paranoid I became 4.4.4.
2)I'm not sure what deodexed is but I don't believe I've do it before.
3)GravityBox and XuiMod
4)I didnt make a backup but when I got stuck in the bootloop I just wiped the dalvik cache and cache and just installed paranoid and gapps again.

For the MD5 mismatch sum, are you using CWM? If so, try [THIS].
You're problem (with flashing this theme) is more then likely not being deodexed.

You can try uninstalling the modules and rebooting. You also you need to deodex your ROM. Use the link in the OP.

i tried matt's utility for RAZR M
process was being under processed and completed my device restart and still on warning boot screen
now please help me i dont have any cell phone to use and i m stuck since 2 days ago

You can create a bootlogo by using the same image or create of your choice but it should be The iron man
You can also add some tweaks, like moto logo, name, powered by cyanogen etc.

Download zip from attachments.
Copy your original bootanimation to a safe place.
Paste downloaded bootanimation to /system/media/
And set permissions to rw-r-r
Done
Now Reboot device.

I am fan of Google Pixel bootanimation.
But i prefer disabling the bootanimation for me bootlogo is enough
