What kernel can i flash?

Im running stock rooted rom and will like to flash a kernel but don't know if i can using stock and don't want to flash eny leaks i like the stock rom.

[Q] About modding the Kernel of my N7105

Hi to everyone,
I've recently installed the nightly CM 10.2 on my Galaxy Note 2 LTE (N7105 - t0lte) but I have a couple questions about the kernels.
I'm thinking about flashing a custom kernel like the NEAK on my device and here my doubs:
-) I found 2 version of the NEAK kernel pakage; the 2.1x CM10.1 & Derivates Zip and Tar. So which one is the appropriete for my device?
-) And the "CM10.1" means that is not yet compatible with the new 10.2 version of the CynogenMod?
-) Last but not the least, if I flash this or any other custom kernel how can I go back to the STOCK Kernel? I cannot find any backup stock kernel package to flash it back so the stock kernel is only inside the stock ROM?

Use tar I'd you are flashing with Odin/mobile Odin . .zip is for cwm/twrp etc

OK thank you. But if I want to revert back to the stock kernel I have to flash the stock ROM or I can flash even a custom ROM?

Use flashtool to restore to default or use CloudyG3 kernal
