I tried to use the 4.3 from the samsung website and it failed so then i tried the 4.1.1 and it was successful. its still stuck at the samsung galaxy note 2 splash screen
I fixed it thanks everyone i used this if anyone else is having this issue worked like a charm. Aparently it happens when the bootloader doesnt insta properly during an OTA http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2591898

Someone please help me. I tried to flash the unroot back to stock through twrp as ma5 wasn't working all that well for me and i wanted to start from scratch unrooted and get the sprint ova for the ma7.
So i flashed the file and it said that it was successful. It even went to the special recovery like it was supposed to before rebooting. Now we get to the problem. The phone wont reboot. It just stays on the first black galaxy note 2 screen. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Someone please help me.
U coukd try and flash another rom or use odin to flash a stock rom.

I tried both of those already. It acts like everything flashes ok but then when it reboots, it stays on the black note 2 screen
You can try flashing twrp through odin and make sure auto reboot is not checked
Then reboot into recovery and flash a rom.
Unless you can reboot into recivery, cause if you can then this is pointless.

I had to order a new phone through Sprint. Luckily it was so screed up they couldn't tell whether it was rooted or not. Which is double good because I also had a broken secure element

reboot into recovery and do a factory reset (including cache and dalvik) and try again

Odin custom recovery via odin. Flash 4.3 or 4.4 from there.

I recently brought a tmobile unlocked, Samsung galaxy s3, T999.
I tried to upgrade firmware with samsung keis, but it stucked at 0.
Then I tried, Emergency Firmware Recovery, it also got stuck.
I rooted it and applied a custom rom, CyanogenMod
Then i wasnt able to turn on wifi, SIM not detected, etc.
Then I wiped all data, reset the phone.
Now it doesnt goto the home screen, stuck at loading(with that google 4 colord dots).
I can ONLY access, Recovery Mode and DOwnload mode properly.
Even my laptop doesnt detect the phone. Micro SD card also not detected by phone.
As you can see, i acted like a total idiotic, and also I know nothing about android. I was doing those by googling. and watching tutes.
If you can advice me....would be a great help.
thanks
I would suggest going into download mode, and use Odin to flash a stock Rom.

Yes. You can find the stock Rom from sammobile.com
Just choose what version you want, then download and flash using Odin.

So here's what happened - I installed digitalblur but forgot to install the 4.3 bootloader prior to flashing digitalblur. ROM flashed fine and went thru setup of rom and then as I always do after setup I like to reboot the phone. But it wouldn't reboot, all it would do is continue to boot loop at the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 screen. Now I can't get into recovery. Anyone have any ideas of what I can do to fix this issue?

If you can get into download mode, you should be able to Odin back to stock.

Thats exactly what I ended up doing thanks for the help.
I have searched the forums and found issues similar to mine but not exact. I was running 4.4.2 and hated the memory card issue and tried to downgrade back to 4.3. I have done this before and also rooted and unrooted my note 2 so I am fairly familiar, how ever something happened this time. I can boot into downloading but not recovery and when I turn on my phone I get stuck in boot loop, have tried flashing in odin and always fails, just read that due to knox 4.4.2 cant be downgraded. any help would be appreciated. I even tried just to flash the stock 4.4.2 to no avail

Do a google search for my fix.tar and flash it. After that you will have a recovery to boot into and flash any rom you want. If you dont like the recovery you can also flash your recovery of choice.
