First of all , don't feel sorry bcoz at first I was also not able to apply that mod . I figured out that before changing the colour code we have to press the on button . Please see the screenshots attached . Did you remember to click the on button before changing the colour code . The correct method for changing the colour code of any thing in Wanam Xposed is -
1)Click on 'on' button
2)Change the colour code
3)Click on preview
4)Click on apply and reboot .
Apply all these steps to text label colour , header backgroung colour, tile background clolour . Don't forget to remove the gaps between the tiles in the notification panel section .
P.S. - In some cases It may happen that Text label colour may not change . In that cases just drag the 'value' handle to the extreme left and click on preview and then apply(only for text label colour & that too in some cases)

This theme is made for anyone who is looking for a more elegant user interface in their Samsung Galaxy S2's & for those who simply don't like Samsung's plastic looking touchwiz ui.
Theme is inspired by Sony Xperia NXT design & UI !
I spent days and hours porting this beautiful theme made by @ThilinaC so my biggest request is if you want to use our work in your rom/mod please ask our permissions and and give us proper credits. Thank you

Not sure what I have done here but my volume slider seems to be scrunched up slightly and am unsure how to rectify?
I have not altered the volume_slider_bg.9 and have changed the size of the icons but no change.
As said, any help is appreciated, thanks

I don't use any decompiler tools.
I only use 7zip manager to extract the required files.
And about that xperia lock screen I don't include him cuz few roms doesn't support it because of androidpolicy.jar .
Some ROMs have mods based on that.

How to Customize App, Menu, & Settings Backgrounds on Your Samsung Galaxy Grand
Thanks will be appreciated :good:
Here we go:---------
Step 1: Make Sure You're Rooted
You will need to be rooted to install the Xposed Framework onto your Galaxy Note Grand. If you're not already rooted, then first you have to root your galaxy grand
Step 2: Make Sure Unknown Sources Is Checked
Since you won't be getting Xposed from Google Play, you'll need to have Unknown sources checked. Enable it by going to Menu -> Settings -> Security and checking it.
Step 3: Install Xposed
You'll need the Xposed Framework to make Xbackground work, so...
1. Download and install the Xposed Installer APK onto your device.
2. Open up the app and select Install/Update to ensure you're on the latest version.
3. Reboot your device.

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Step 4: Install XBackground
Once you've got Xposed on your device, download the XBackground APK and install it as well.
Step 5: Activate XBackground
Head over to Xposed Installer, tap on Modules, and check the box next to XBackground.
Step 6: Change Background Settings
Open XBackground and change the settings for Holo Light, Holo Dark, and Notification Panel Background. For each one, you can change the color of the background to whatever you want.
If you don't want to use a solid color, you can select your own custom image from your Gallery and put that as the background instead (which I personally prefer).
Once you're done, reboot your Grand once more; changing from a color to an image will always require a reboot for the change to appear.
Step 7: Explore
Now, the background of your device and apps should be changed to whatever color or image you set it to. Below are two screenshots of the Notification panel (left) and my Settings (right) on the Galaxy Grand
And that's all there is to it.
Edit: If pulldown notification does not change then do with xblast tool

This theme is awesome. But on existenz 2.0.5 the statusbar didn't change according to theme :/ or the gradient statusbar doesn't belong to this theme?

Awesome theme
I am loving these theme in my eXistenZ 2.0.5 Xperia S Rom. Just, wondering if you can make settings and background, semi-transparent white, so that, my wallpaper can be seen in a blurry way beneath it. That will be cool.
Thanks.

No, I installed power toggles systemUI 1.7 from niaboc. I think that overwrites the original one.
Is that whats causing the issues?

ok i get it now. u have to use the original systemui of existenz becoz the power toggles doesnt have the code that is connected for the theme engine thats why ur statusbar is not themed. even ur navbar is not themed right? if u want the themed statusbar and nabvar then use the original systemUI of existenz. download and install in CWM the systemUI in my attachment. enjoy mate!

How to:
Move the SystemUI.apk to system/app and set correct permissions, then Reboot
Note:
Always make a backup before you proceed!
I have tested this On XSL ( Existenz Ultra )
but it should work fine on all devices running 4.1+ deodexed stock roms.
Enjoy!!
Please Consider Hitting a thanks button, if you download and liked it :good:
