Hi have you tried anything else? Like another factory reset, wiping the cache or the Dalvik? If you don't know what these are just say, and describe how you performed the factory reset, what rom your using and what kernel.

I'm running evertything on stock..and I did the factory reset in the settings menu.!

Do you have the phone rooted, with a recovery flashed? If so re-install from the RUU

No currently its not rooted...But I had it rooted before some time but unrooted it afterwards.!

You should go to HTC service centre or flash a RUU

Flash to RUU is your best option. See similar thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2194019

[Q] How do I solve the Mobile Network State disconnected issue?

Since flashing a CM 10 ROM I've been unable to get data connection. I've tried toggling airplane mode but no luck. If anyone can point me to source that explains the setting up of the mobile data after activating with the carrier I'd be thankful.
Even after manually entering the APN settings it does not appear.
Im using JellyBam 3.20-20121224 and kernel: 2.6.39.4-cyanogenmod

I guess you can call up the service center and have them send the settings to your phone directly, that ll get saved automatically n after a restart of the device, data can work....happened to me with my new phone on the very first day with stock rom..!!
:good:

Warranty Ended ..... what about the problem itself , the phone after OTA keeps crashing if I didn't recharge it to top , and the battery readings are not stable for example it can be 30% I open data then it crashes and when I turn it on I find it 17% or the opposite , sometimes after it crashes battery increases !
what should I do ?

I found that I can wipe the cache partition or wipe all data and do a factory reset ... and other options of restoring files from Internal or SD .... so I wiped the cache only and it reduced the crashes but it's still there...will a factory reset from the recovery menu solve it ?

I wiped cache made a factory reset and the problem isn't gone , but I noticed other options about updating from external storage or sd...could this be a chance to update my phone with the same version "4.20.415.3" instead of ruu ? or a chance to get my phone back to stock from these options ?

[Q] Factory resetting with stock recovery

Allright guys well my phone has been acting all wonky lately and well I wanna try to factory reset with the stock recovery
The things the phone does is that it sometimes it looses signal even tho I am right next to the tower and lately my messages are off by an hour no matter what Rom I am on so I need help with the instructions and what Rom am I supposed to be on
Thanks
To factory reset, you should be on the stock rom with stock recovery. Then boot to hboot and select factory reset. The issue your having sounds like a radio issue. Are you on the latest kitkat firmware?

Galaxy Note II Freezing up occasionally

Can anyone let me know the best way I can locate the cause of my note 2 freezing up occasionally so I know what I need to do to remedy it?
Try going into recovery and wiping the cache and Dalvik cache
Don't do a system wipe.

Any other suggestions?
Factory reset
or
You could try and re-flash stock ROM with ODIN.

I was hoping Factory Reset wasn't gonna be needed if I can locate the culprit (If its an app that is).
I have got it rooted so I can flash the rom I have on it again or a different one. I currently have Ditto Note 3 installed v3.2.1
I am thinking you are about to experience sudden death, where the memory fails. It's what happened to mine before it died
But try re-flashing first. Use latest stock for your phone. Check Sammobile for the latest

Oh I hope its not a memory failure :-/
I'll try a re-flash first after backing up and go from there.
Thanks GR.
