I have the flydev teams Emui2.3 beta 014 flashable zipped package and so i have access to the apks on the Emui2.3.
Which are the files i need inorder to port them to Emui2.0 official ? I see the separate float app apks as well as odex files. Also i need to know which are the files to be ported for having the gallery of emui2.3 on emui2.0.

Yes, I meant the shortcut panel, my bad, lol! I was in a hurry when I replied.
You'll just need the Gallery2.apk and Gallery2.odex files for the camera and gallery.
It's silly that the emui2.0 gallery doesn't have the transparent navigation bar when viewing photos, which is why I'm using the EMUI2.3 gallery as well. Selecting albums on mewidget still FCs, but since I've already set my albums, I don't have a problem.

The gallery2.apk needs to be moved to system/priv-app. It will overwrite the current gallery. :good:
I haven't really needed to add any other Emui2.3 apps yet, but yes, I have updated all the stock apps through Huawei's App Center, although I haven't seen the Music player there, which is weird.

@warea I forgot to mention that selecting Smileys and other attachments in the EMUI2.3 message app, causes the Messaging app to FC. So it's best to keep the official EMUI2.0 messaging app. [emoji2]

You have to copy the apk in system/app manually. Than restart, maybe wipe dalvik and cache. Than it works for me.

if u changed system ui which is present in all three files you will loss the recent app button cause there will be no place for it

Thanks, I just flashed all 3 files one at a time, but nothing changed I think that there is room for all 3 buttons at the same time (look at the attached pic) --> The existing two buttons will just go left and free space for the quicksettings one

It's for deodex but 'till I know it coud work in odex roms, you have to delete Seclauncher2.odex before

i think s5 launcher for odexed cause it isn't work for me .. I was odexed but using deodexed launcher
if u look at it's size u will find it small size which mean the rest of it's size in it's .odex file

I tried a few, and none of them worked at all.
From what I can remember, I tried:
HwSoundRecorder
HwVideoPlayer
HwVideoEditor
HwCamera
HwWeatherClock
None of the apps showed up on my homescreen, so the apps most likely need the emui3.0 framework to work correctly, or the proper lib files.
I see they've removed the MeWidget app, and baked the widgets into their respective apps instead.
I did same thing, but I couldn't install any apk from EMUI 3.0 . if you find solution please share with us. I do same thanks

My research on chinese forums continiues, yesterday i found really beutifull Android Lolipop theme for EMUI 3.0. It comes with nice lockscreen that is almost same as the stock Lolipop Lockscreen. Icons are almost changed. The notification bar is different from the other themes also the settings menu, now we got the icons like material design.
I can confirm that this theme works on my Huawei P6 as you can see on screenshots, they belong to me. All credits goes to vmall user who made this greate theme I just uploaded to google drive.
installation: just copy the file to the /HwThemes folder
Note: These themes are only for Emotion UI 3.0 versions of Huawei.

Thank you very much, it updated my camera app version from 9.1.0.302 (I'm on .140) to 9.1.0.306.
Picture and video taking, switching modes, all seem OK. Red oversaturation in video appears gone, but I'll retest it outside tomorrow.
I tried to install it on my 124 firmware
Dual view is not available after update apk from v 9.1.0.301 (firmware 124) to 9.1.0.306 (firmware 153)
it may be necessary to update the entire firmware to version 153

Can you please extract and upload the AR Measure app from .153?
Looks like this is minor bug fixes plus some changes to the menus. Look at the video resolution menu. Now it shows the FPS for each at the side.
installed the apk of the camera, can fix color and all upgrade of camera from .124 to 1.53?
seems like the apk by it's own doesn't do much. You should fully update to v153 in order to get all the camera fixes and goodies

Ok, thx! I'm testing this on a Mate 10 Pro, that why I've asked. But on M10P third-party app notifications are not showing, so probably there's more under the hood, not only HwAOD.apk.
Edit: /system/lib64/libaod_jni.so might be required too.
