Here is the new HTC One M8 Splash Screen that has the "Powered by Android" logo on the bottom. This was pulled right from my M8 and have tested it.
To flash this you MUST be S-Off!!
THIS IS NOT A FLASHABLE ZIP. IT MUST BE FLASHED IN RUU MODE
How to flash:
adb reboot bootloader
Once in bootloader
run:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
then when at the black HTC screen run
fastboot flash zip m8Splash.zip
Once it's done, rin
fastboot reboot
enjoy!

You're in a M7 thread, it's not for M8.
EDIT: @graffixnyc, does it change the bootanimation as well? Can you provide that, if HTC modified that too?

I have the AT&T version so my boot animation has the AT&T logo, Your best bet is to pull it from one of the sense 6 roms.
Just out of curiosity, does your boot animation have the Android logo? I'm using a 1.54 M8 port and the boot animation still misses that.

It's not a boot animation. It's the splash screen. The logo is not on the boot animation on the m8 either. It's just the splash screen it shows it on so that's why you're missing it on the m8 ports

Thanks, I know the difference but I thought HTC updated their bootanimation as well to go along with the new bootloader. Anyway I flashed that (I had to mod the txt for my H3G__402 CID) and it works fine, thanks once again.

Sorry.. I don't do "requests" I do this stuff because I like to do it, not because someone requested it. If someone wants to, then they are free to use my .img but I don't have the time nor the desire to do a black one. I usually post things when it's something I wanted and then just decide to share it with the community. I wanted the m8 splash on my m7 so I pulled it from my m8 and then shared it with everyone.
Same thing I do for my roms.. I make a rom to my liking and then share it.. I don't take requests there either. I do things for my own enjoyment and then share it.. I didn't have to share it.. I could have flashed it for myself and left it be..
If someone wants to change something I did.. then I say they are more than welcome to.. But I won't do it for them.. I'm very much against spoon feeding people on xda. I didn't learn the things I have learned from being spoon fed. I learned by taking the initiative on my own and learning how to do what I wanted. I always encourage people to do the same. I know guys that have used android much longer than me and I know tons more than them.. Why? Because I learned on my own.. most of them just make requests and asked to be spoon fed

I'm working on a green theme for the EVO 4G and 3D as we speak, once its complete i have no problem porting it this way.
Download link is up. Let me know if you run into any issues, I only have 1 hour to test apps and replace what was broken. I No longer have phone in hand

Bug-When trying to read mail, i believe the animation to open is causing it to force close. it goes to open the mail item, then drops to open, then force close hits.

Is anyone else having problems with email fc'ing? I love red themes, but it is important that I can get my email on my phone. Someone mentioned having problems and I am hesitating to flash if it isn't an isolated incident.

That was all the guy posted. I don't know what email he was referring to.
On a side note, it doesn't appear that the theme took fully. The clock and gps icons are still white, and some of the icons are still default colors. It looks awesome though, and I certainly can't complain too much.
Edit: the only app icons that are themed are mail, Internet, call log, and downloads. The text in the notifications is black and white. And the menu on the homescreen is still default colors. The one for xda has one red button, all others are gray. Also, exchange says it can't sync my mail. It was working fine with rls 1.3. Last thing, you should probably remove the sprint hotspot app...don't think it will work with Verizon, lol.
Please don't take all this as ungratefulness, I admire you for being brave and porting over a theme to a device you don't have. If you need a tester in the future, let me know. I'll do anything to keep a great red theme alive.

Ok updated the theme. replaced the Mail app and removed the sprint hotspot, i didnt realize it was in there lol. I'll try to fix any other issues you guys come across. Thanks for being patient

Installed this from recovery on stock rooted. I use swype so went into settings, language and keyboard to change to stock keyboard and it wasn't there
Checked in titanium backup pro and it had been uninstalled
Re-installed and flashed again, again no htc keyboard only swype in settings
Opened my app drawer to open titanium and it wasn't there had to reinstall from market and then reinstall htc keyboard again which had uninstalled again
So to recap, on my stock rooted after installing the blue keyboard mod it seems to uninstall the stock keyboard?
Looks nice as well from the pic so thanks for your efforts

It's pretty cool and the colour appear after reboot...but once I start type the keyboard force close.
I am in viper 1.01 and I do not hide the arrows..can anyone tell me what's the problem there??
I dun have any problem when I type English...but once I start typing Chinese it force closed...so sad

Yeah thats my bad I had to remove support for other languages to be able to decompile sense 4.0
I have asked Jan and he has very kindly allowed me to use his apk so when I get time I will mod so arrows can be hidden.

I was in the creative mood and decided I wanted a boot animation with some style. My phone looks sexy booting up with this bad boy, so I hope it beefs up your Inc 2 as well. The full looping here is simply for presentation purposes. While the phone is actually booting, the spinner will spin infinitely until your ROM gets started up. Check the attachments for previews of all the colored versions.
I also made an Incredible S variant of this boot animation.

Requirements
You just need root access to replace the stock bootanimation.zip with the download (whichever color you choose) here.
Instructions
1. Find your stock bootanimation.zip file. The location depends on the ROM but on AOSP this is usually "/system/media". On Sense it will normally be found in "/system/customize/resource". If it isn't in either, check "/data/local".
2. Rename the stock file to bootanimation.zip.bak (so you can revert if necessary) or simply overwrite it with the file downloaded from here.
3. Check the permissions of the new file. They should be set to ”rw-r--r--" as seen in this image.
4. Should be it. Reboot to see the magic happen.
Sense Bootscreen Changer
If you have issues changing the bootscreen on a Sense ROM or just want it done easily, try this app by vsaravind007. I haven't tested it myself but it may work for you.

I actually meant that the .gif loops forever but the actual boot animation will stop after the ink disappears, leaving the text on black. No background would be boring I will update the OP

I was in the creative mood and decided I wanted a boot animation with some style. My phone looks sexy booting up with this bad boy, so I hope it beefs up your Inc 2 as well. The full looping here is simply for presentation purposes. While the phone is actually booting, the loop does not repeat after the ink has disappeared completely.

OK so I feel like an idiot right now, I threw this into system/media with the name bootanimation.zip and I'm getting the stock boot animation when I reboot.
I'm running CM10. Is there something I'm missing.

Stock CM animation, or HTC? I did it the same as you and it worked correctly.

Its just the black background with "android" glowing blue. I'll also add I've done this many times with other boot animations with no problem, maybe I'm missing something.

That's really weird man. I'm running the same rom, and did it the same way. I would try re- downloading and re-copying... If you haven't already. Permissions? I am rw-r-r.

Doh! Permissions were set at rw-- so I fixed them and all is well, this is a really clean crisp boot anim

I am slowly going to go through the rest of the system and re-colour what I can.
You should be able to flash JellyBlue_HTC_Sense+_v1.x.zip via recovery.
I am now using the vrtheme engine and patched apk's, thanks to omar302 so should work on all JB Roms.
Source PNG's can be extracted from the theme zip.
Backup your original system before using these mods.
1.6-P was made using ARHD 14 as a base so will probably only work on phones that share the same base rom.
(Will make a non % update in a day or so.)

I'm going through most I can, there is also green checks in settings that need fixing.
Its so damn annoying that HTC just added new images instead of updating all the old ones, they even added images in apks that are dupliacted 4-5 times throughout the framework files. So takes time to find where the file they use actually is.

I hope you are keeping up this pass, with ONLY exchanging the green items with blue items.
No extra fancy effects, just exchanging every green for blue would be GREAT!

I am, all I am doing is changing the hue of the green.
I'm pretty happy with sense now and would just like it to be uniform throughout.

I absolutely love this! I tried it on maXimus v4.0 and it just looked more complete. Now I am on maXimus v4.1, which is based on the HTC One X+. Are you planning on doing it for that rom?

Should be easy enough for anyone to do it, they just need to add the images to each apk.
They are all names in folders as to what apk they belong in.

Those of you lucky enough to be running Sense 4.5 JellyBean will have noticed that HTC have finally abandoned green and gone down the blue route.
Thanks to some gentle persuasion from some of my fellow Venom themers, I have started converting the Sense 4+ skins to use the blue colour from the stock Sense 4.5 skin.
These are completely stock skins, the only thing that's changed is the blue colour.
Some of the images are controlled by m10 files, so until they can be edited, there will be a few images here and there that are still the original colour...blame HTC for that!!
These skins are for use on JellyBean / Sense 4.5 only - they won't work on ICS ROMs. But as far as I know, they should work on all Sense 4.5 ROMs.
If you're not using English as your system language, these skins will show up with the original names, without the "Blue". So stock and blue versions will have the same name on the Skin chooser menu. I will try and fix the translations at some point, but there are other things higher on my list right now...sorry
How to install
Just download, and install just like a regular apk. That's it.
Probably worth rebooting after applying the skin, or you might notice the odd glitch here and there!

No it won't work on that rom. It is a Sense skin, so you need a Jelly Bean rom with Sense 4.5

Yep, you can blame HTC for that! They used anew type of image that we can't edit decompile properly yet. Will try and find a work around once I've got the other skins sorted.

Sorry, just saw this comment. Yep, my tireless tester noticed this too. Seems to be a bit of a glitch when applying the skin, just reboot and it should be fixed.
