I don't know why you said that multiwindow isn't available for sgs3 because it is... Latest leaked samsung firmware xxelk4 (4.1.2) for sgs3 has multiwindow feature included, so flash some rom (leaked stock or custom) which is based on xxelk4.
You can find all custom roms here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1566
Just make sure that it's based on xxelk4 fw.

I think I know what op meant. Multiwiwindow on Note 10.1 can have multiple miniwindows.

well we have cm10.1 as a base and the screen resolution is same. so we can try to port it.
We have incomplete kernel for cm 10.1, and we need kernel patch

Why anybody want a ace 3 rom?!?
We have stock Touchwiz, much stock based custom ROM's like Kyrillos, cm, aokp, pac, slimbean, pa, miui, ...
What do you expect of a ace 3 rom?
