Unable to boot Red Triangle

Hello All
So I wanted to root my AT&T HTC One M8
I followed instruction from androidcentral...
Now my phone will not boot up it keeps booting to TWRP in recovery only... when I boot to the system I get red triangle and exclamation point
After reading on xda they (androidcentral) had me flash my boot image instead of booting to it....
My phone is not booting at all any suggestions?
How can I get the original stock boot image for the AT&T?
I got the latest recovery image from Mr Hofs's post, but where can I get the boot image?
Also anyone has videos on how to root and s off the m8 not m7
Thanks!!!!
What do you see for sdcard size when you go to Twrp> install?
Nothing anymore...
I downloaded a backup from the thread collection of stock backup and flashed my boot and recovery and now the phone just sits at the HTC logo.
I am able to get to fastboot etc...
Does this mean I am missing the OS?
None of the backup has my CID on it so I don't want to backup from it.
Any suggestions?
Never mind. Went to the AT&T and found that someone made a backup
Going to use the backup copy and go from there
Thanks!

[TWRP FAILED!!!] Please help! Cannot boot to recovery now, Stock Recovery Lost! D850

Hello,
My phone has stock Lollipop on LG G3 AT&T D850, and today I tried to install CM12 on my phone.
I used the official TWRP App to install the latest recovery for D850, and after that the phone got stuck at the black screen, with red/blue indicator blinking forever. I can boot to the system normally after pressing VolumnDown+Home, but now my phone is so messed up! I cannot even flash my phone to the stock ROM under Download Mode, because the recovery is broken! I later tried Flashify and different recovery editions, but it is still the same thing.
There is not a good recovery image for LG G3 D850 5.0 so far, at least for me. Please help! Thanks so much!

Yes, I can still use the phone. I cannot factory reset or FlashTool reset because the download mode is gone.
Same here. Rooted D855 with one click and tried to flash TWRP with official app from Play Store. Failed and rebooted to recovery. Now I only see blue and red blinking led.... damm...
Did you two flash twrp on stock rooted 5.0? Grats, you have ignored all warnings that were posted in these "how-to-root-5.0" threads.
Download stock recovery.img, flash it (you can do it even via flashify), be happy.
Hi YaDr,
could you specify which recovery.img you mean? possibly with a link?
i have to admit that i was stupid as well

Can't Flash TWRP Recovery

Hi,
I have an LG Gpad 7.0 v400 tablet which I recently rooted.
I am trying to flash TWRP recovery using Flashify (for root users), but it is not working.
It flashes the file and says to reboot the device to apply the flash, but when it reboots, it stops at the start screen with text in the top left corner saying their is an error with booting up.
Turning the tablet off then on again clears the error, but the recovery isn't there.
I have the correct recovery for the tablet
What do I do now?
I am in the same exact predicament so can anyone help with instructions OT a link on how to flash recovery or how to get into recovery with button combo. I can't figure it out

Android 6.0 and Recovery

So I flashed the factory 6.0 image from Google and noticed I can't get into the stock recovery, I just get the android logo with exclamation mark. When I flash TWRP using fastboot TWRP works with no problems.
I just use TWRP to root and like to restore stock recovery.
Anyone know what I'm missing?

No Recovery and Download Mode

Hi all,
I bought a used LG G3. It's running on KitKat and software version is D85510i. It had stock recovery installed but download mode was missing. Whenever I entered the download mode, it said "fastboot mode started". I can't find the laf.img for D85510i and the ones for 30B/20E/etc don't work (I tried flashing them with fastboot). So I thought of installing custom recovery. I came to know about bump! TWRP. This phone was already rooted with latest su binary installed. I downloaded flashify and flashed bumped twrp after taking backup of stock recovery. But when I rebooted into recovery, it said "fastboot mode started" and somehow, stock recovery.img got deleted. Now my phone just boots into system and recovery/download mode don't work. I even tried flashing bumped twrp with fastboot and adb as well.
1. Can someone explain why twrp isn't booting and help me flash it?
2. Can someone provide me the laf.img for D85510i? I don't wanna download the whole firmware to install just a small laf.img. if someone has the stock D85510i.kdz, can you please extract laf.img from it?
3. Moreover, the housing says D851, while sticker under the battery and in setting, says it's D855. The IMEI on the sticker under battery and the IMEI of the phone also match. So is it possible that the housing is just changed or is there any chance that someone successfully flashed a D855 firmware on D851 and now I'm having issues with recovery and download mode because of that?
