I tried Amazon and they won't ship it to Canada. Was hoping someone repulatble would offer, developer of some sort. I am definitely to trusting this I know.

Unless I'm mistaken, the OP is asking where to buy the phone and how much will it cost. An unlock code, whether paid for or through a friend, does nothing without a phone.
To the OP, it really depends on the market in your area. You can search on Craigslist, or EBay. 200-250(used) and 400-500(new) are probably the price ranges you will see.
If you buy from Craigslist, have the seller meet you at a local Tmo store, so you can easily verify if the phone is blacklisted (in case you might ever want to use it on Tmo, prepaid or otherwise).

My only problem is I cant use PayPal because they banned all my credit cards and bank accounts from there website( long story but I didn't do anything wrong) so I need a website that I can use that doesn't require PayPal. unlock it like everyone else dude, use GOOGLE and search for network unlocking one x, theres at least 30 sites i just counted, some ya dont need to pay, payment is taken by calling a premium rate phone number, average call cost, £5 to £10, but thats what itd cost anyway to unlock it.
I'm looking for a website to buy the One X from but I want to pay for it in Payments.
Paying for it in installments will usually incur a high premium (much like catalogues used to do). Would you not be better advised to take out a contract and get the handset free?
At this moment I can't buy this phone with a contract in my country.

My buddy in California with Verizon said they will be in stock. Limited of course but sounds world wide release on the 25th! I would be surprised if he was wrong.
And lucky use since it's not some crap Sammy or iPhone no one will even know about it. Show up when ur local Verizon corporate store opens, walk out with new device and not one person standing in line. Love HTC even more for this and the sheep that know nothing about them.

Yup, I've made contact with Verizon reps and they are receiving their demo units tomorrow and it'll be in stock for sale on the 25th in store. The at&t reps though had no idea a new HTC One was even coming.

Does it say anywhere on HTC.com that when we order one, it comes with the Hi-Res earphones? I mean, it I didn't for me so I didn't expect them but if it said they were suppose to be included and you didn't receive any, I would send an email to honor their word.
It should also be listed on the included items on the HTC 10 box if you were entitled to one.
