Nokia old icons for Stock/Custom ROM$
here is my first project so don't ask many many Question .
how to install? just flash it via CWM recovery and for your safety always make a backup first before install theme.
Here's a flashable zip for Nokia old icons for stock ROM (can be flashed using stock recovery or cwm recovery).
*Flashing this file wont void your warranty
Special thanks to all teach me how to do this.
Instructions ~
1) Download the attached zip file
2) Copy it to your sd card
3) Switch off your phone
4) Boot into recovery mode by pressing and holding power+home buttons together.
5) Select "install zip from sd card"
6) Navigate to the file and select it.
7) Wait

Tester needed

Anybody willing to try a flashable zip file on locked bootloader using flash gordon app? It's a stock kernel using andro-SYR method of flashing kernel via recovery but on locked bootloader I'm a little reluctant at the minute as this is my only device. I need someone with more confidence than me and not afraid to reflash stock firmware if it fails also I don't know if it would be possible to do it with the system running. Pm me if you want to try for me or any info you have that might be really helpful. I know your meant to have unlocked bootloader for custom kernels but testing is required

Bro I flashed it and during the flashing no system apps or nothing crashed and I was like its going to work and it said reboot required so I rebooted the phone but powered off but didn't power back on so I took the battery out and tried to power it on it just vibrates but doesn't power on.I guess its bricked or half-bricked. I'm flashing stock firmware again.
UPDATE:it's not bricked after flashing firmware again it turns on:good:
After testing the result is this doesn't work.

Thanks for trying mate just a shame it didn't boot maybe needs tweaking or something

Mate I'm going to flash the boot.img via Flash tool and I will let you know the results

When I try to flash it via Flash tool:

I really doubt it will ever work with Flash Gordon.... It already bricked my device twice so I wouldn't rely on it to flash something like a kernel and the dev said it won't work for roms.

Currently there is no way to root with locked bootloader. You need recovery to root at the moment and the only way to get one is to flash a kernel with recovery embedded in it, which requires an unlocked bootloader.

I'm on mobile currently so I could not see that. But that shouldn't be possible, all exploits (what we know of) are patched on 4.3 so the only way to get root would be to push files through recovery, requiring an unlocked bootloader currently.
I asked doomlord yesterday about if there were any exploits or tools and he said "No exploit currently works".

I did a TA backup in 4.2.2 with root then I unlocked the bootloader to root 4.3 through recovery and after that I relocked the bootloader with the TA backup I got earlier. And again, just search, if you had searched before opening a new thread you would have already found your answer

it says no ta found although the device is new and i haven't messed up with it

but which recovery i should use for rooting my device ?
the m single sim's recovery and kernel which is in the android development section works ?

Just install towelroot.apk and run it your cell will rooted in just 15 sec. And for the permissions install super su

u want it for rooting or for custom recovery? if u want to root,
unlock bootloader.
flash 10.4.1.B.0.101 advanced stock kernel or any other kernel which has custom recovery preferably CWM.
flash the supersu zip in CWM recovery.
turn off the phone in CWM itself.
then flash back the .230 kernel

I want it for rooting. Problem is I Don't know how to strip the kernel from the latest ftf properly or flash just the kernel from ftf. Im using C6503
Edit: and with the latest flashtool there's no dump data button when using sin editor to dump data.

Dude just flash any CM Kernel flash the Supersu Zip and flash back stock kernel from ftf. you dont need anything else. :laugh:

Answer is in the OP

C6902 can use this! Simply just flash the zip in recovery then flash only modem .108 c6902 and then you done....

The blindness is strong in this one. Was just so used to StockByNUT and flashing the kernel through .ftf that it surprised me to only have a zip

How i did:
1) Flashed .133
2) Flashed Deodex
3) Flashed Debloat
4) Flashed Honami kernel
5) Cleaned cache + dalvic
Everything working but i get notification, that there is update .133 and i get it if i connect my phone with computer.
How to lose it?

Can i flash this straight from ihackers 4.1?

Unfortunately I can't install Xposed framework on this. I get "mount: permission denied". It work on .108
Also, I can't delete any system app with Titanium Backup. This worked on .108 as well.
Is there something wrong with mounting the system partition?
