U need to replace all framework related files which is quite a burden, instead u can switch to the Nature Xperia ROM and use em..

If u r using eXistenZ 2.0.5, then there is another thread for existenz users.. If not, u need to be on Nature Xperia ROM.. Otherwise these themes won't work..

Im not on any custom rom, just flashed a ported honami framework, but it seems a little risky to flash just the themes engine from nature and i dont want to flash the entire rom soo anyway, thanks for the help

This is only for deodexed rom. U need to deodexed ur rom 1st.
Sorry for being totally naive. How do I deodexed my rom?? I have customized it a lot after being rooted but the only thing missing is the dial pad. Any help or guidance is much appreciated.

There is a way to manually deodexed ur rom using adb method.

If u find it a bit troublesome just flash a custom rom.
custom roms mostly are deodexed.
Your stock rom is currently odexed. means.. the apk's is partially separated into .apk and .odex. (u can see in system/app there are .odex files)
The reason is for faster load boot up time. .odex files will be pre-loaded 1st..but disadvantages - means more ram being occupied by unwanted system apps.
deodexed it to push it back in original .apk package. All apk can be fully customize like this dialer.

if it isnt deodexed it won´t work. recopy the original contacts.apk

realy strange i use CM9 Nightly (10062012) to do you have free space in internal memory to install the apk ?

I have already tried a lot of custom mms.apks successfully but I don't know why this one is not working at all

Thanks it's working fine . Just copy new mms.apk to sd card then open system folder by root explorer system/app delete old mms.apk replace it new mms.apk thats it.

Use file manager such as es file explorer, root explorer and much more. And copy the modded secsettings,apk and move it to /system/app and set permission or rw-r-r and reboot. You're done.

tnx, i make it with root explorer ,everything is ok, i have in settings Bravia and xLoud , but again have only 3 icons in lockscreeen, i have installed "[VRT][THEME/MOD] Fake GS4 Lens Flare Lockscreen - The Original [20/07/2013]"

Don't mention it bro. For the icons on lockscreen, I'm not very sure about it as I didn't use original lock screen, I'm using Galaxy Locker, the real S4 lockscreen.

It wont work coz Sony uses its own unique method of signing those themes.. Hence we need root to make them work.. Big companies like KnowItMobile get approved by Sony officially i.e they get signed by Sony.. So their themes work without root..

My Z1 compact have rooted and superuser mod, then put the file on system/app, but the icon not changed in my phone? any other suggestion dude?
By the way, this is a beautiful theme...

me too, my Sony Xperia ZR 4.4.2 root, deodex, superuser mod , patch to Android but I'm trying install as nomal app or put the apk in system apps , nothing changed except background wallpaper & screen lock wallpaper

Install the apk and then push it to System/Apps with Permissions - r-w-r-r ... Reboot..!!

Its working fine for me, try again by removing then redownload the apk from thread then install it as normal apk, AND DONT MOVE TO SYSTEM OR ANYWHERE ELSE MANUALLY!!
