I have updated to the newest stock rom ANC3 (I rooted it and debloated) but I have not been able to get flash player to work. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hi here's the latest flash apk, but if u want full functioning flash you'll have to go back to a Gingerbread rom. Don't know if its the ports or ICS in general but pretty much only YouTube will work. If someone knows better please correct me coz I'd like to see it working as well. I can only speak for Lord's v.6.0 though so sorry don't know bout 6.2.

The working version of flashplayer is attached.
And for the kernel, check the sticky in the development section... It tells you all about roms, kernels, recovery's etc
