[Q] "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped working." - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

I searched and tried a couple of the posted fixes for this problem, but they didn't work for me.
The camera works fine for a couple of hours if I do a reboot, but then I get the "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped working." message eventually (in the stock Camera app, and also all camera-related apps (e.g. Snapchat, Instagram))
I'm on SlimKat 4.4.2 Build 3, with BMS 20140305.
Logcat: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=eHDgpeeB
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Someone may have had a different experience than I have, but I've been on several 4.4.2 ROMS and the camera always has slightly different versions of this same problem for me. It either gives me the same message you're getting or suddenly says "cannot connect to camera" until I reboot. I don't believe the KitKat camera has been fully worked out yet as I haven't found an apk that works without this issue.

Please don't use BMS. Stick with the Stock Kernel of SlimKat and see if the problem repeats. If it does not then you will have to ask the BMS Dev to update drivers if he has not done so already.

Anyone having problems with "XE currency" App?

Well, this particular app (this and this alone out of over 60 I have installed ). If closing on me every time I try to interact with app.
It loads, and as soon as I try to touch the screen, I am thrown to the home screen. No FC message, nothing. Just quit to home.
Tried it on clean install on Insert Coin ROM 6.3.0 with franco kernel. Also tried restoring TB.
Still same. Anyone facing this issue with other ROMs?
It's working fine for me.
OK fixed the issue.
Zipaligned all apks manually and it started working.

Camera crashes every time I try to open it

In the stock Camera app, it tries to load, and then I get the message "Unfortunately, Camera has stopped". I've rebooted, and deleted data/cache from the Settings -> App menu.
I tried in Camera Zoom FX and the app will load, but I get no picture. It is just a blank screen.
I looked at the adb debug log, and I see a message along the lines of, "Media server has stopped."
I have tried using AOKP rom with Franco Kernel and stock rom, stock kernel (4.0.2).
Are there any other options for me to get the camera to work? It seems like most people on here were able to fix there problem by rebooting, but that is not the case with me.
what rom? ive no problem with bixies 4.1.1 aosp rom and trinity kernel.
I tries AOSP for 4.0, not 4.1, and it still doesn't work. I'm guessing its a hardware issue. Can I replace just the physical camera? Is there a way I can test just the camera? I don't believe its the rom I'm using.
Any one want to buy a nexus with no camera?
Would posting the debug log help? or is this a lost cause.

CM10.1 Apps Settings Issue

I'm posting this because I'm experiencing Settings issues with the latest version of CM10.1 (cm-10.1-20130118-NIGHTLY). When I went into Apps and tried selecting one, it would give me the error message "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." and returns to the home screen. I'm currently on 2013-01-16 and all is fine.
If you're also experiencing this, please post below.

I'm on nightly 20130119 and do not experience this issue.
Steps:
- format /system
- flash rom
- flash gapps
edit: looked at the changelog, don't see any commit relating to this issue going in for the 2 latest nightlies.

[Q] Slimkat 4.2.2 "com.android.systemui stopped working"

I am using slimkat 4.4.2 and there's a button to the right of the homebutton that usually opens a popup where i can see other apps that i have opened but after a while it stops working and gives me this error: com.android.systemui has stopped working and after that the UI disappears and restarts itself. Any ideas?
This is the most recent post relating to this issue, so here it goes.
I've been having this issue with CM11 and more recently with Pac man, I've tried many nightlies on both ROMs with the same result, "com.android.systemui stopped working" then the screen goes into a loop, the only way to get is to work again is by doing a factory reset and starting over, I've also tried flashing the same ROM and other variations in the order of installing everything again, same deal.
This really got to me so I've spent most of the day re-installing everything from scratch, one application at a time, and making a nandroid each time, until I installed Google+, once installed, it goes into a loop (as above), so I reverted back to the previous backup, and just to prove that it was Google+, I did it again , same deal, restored again, and installed all my apps except Google+, and I've had no issues. I've read across heaps of other places where they mention the problem is relate to something trying to make a change in the status bar, or related, well, I've noticed that without Google+, the top left profile icon doesn't update with my Google profile (as per my other set up in other incarnations of CM11 and Pac man nandroids),, so could there be a link where Google+ is causing this problem as it tries to update the profile?

Problems with CyanogenMod 13 (apps) (d855/2gb)

As soon as the CM 13 build was released for the LG G3, i flashed it on my phone. All was good and every thing worked fine. I missed the CM apps package that i had before flashing CM 13, so i downloaded and flashed the apps package. Most of the apps worked fine, but the dialer simply won't work for me. Every time I try to make or receive a call, I get an: "unfortunately Dialer has stopped" message. It is very frustrating and i don't know how to overcome it. By the way the calls appear in the call history, as though i made a call, and the message keeps reappearing until the call ends. I have tried reflashing CM with only a factory reset, but the cm apps were still on my phone therefore I still had the problem. After that fail, I did a full wipe of the phone, flashed CM 13 (latest build), and flashed Gapps (again, latest build), but still no success. The CM apps are still on my phone.
I would appreciate any help you can give me, as this is very annoying and disables the main function of the device.
Thanks, Yonatan.
I'm on build 17/12 and it's working fine for me.
