When I went to the stock 4.3 rom I clicked download here it brought me to 4.4 am I stuck with 4.4?

CyanogenMod 10.2 on 4.2.2

So does CyanogenMod 10.2 support android 4.2.2? Or is it an android 4.3 exclusive??
