guys please help,i was trying to install ditto note 3 on my note 2 N7100,WITH CWM recovery, and i was going through aroma installer, all went well, but when i finished with aroma,my phone stops, and restarting again and again, showing GTN7100 LOGO,i am unable to do anything!download mode also not working!help me help guys!

my phone starts, with samsung gt 7100 logo, after 2-3 seconds it shows clockwordmod recovery with version, then again it restarts, same is happening again and agian, help guys, need you,i have tried to boot into download mod,and recovery, nothing works, please help

I think if you hold power button + home button + down for about 20 second (till you get GTN7100 for second time) and take off your hand, download mode will start. Then you have to flash recovery again via Odin. I had same problem with recovery, however download mode was working.

It's best to go under download mode (vol+home +power) press volume up to continue and enter download mode ,or if you can access recovery mode (volume down +home+power) then flash twrp 2.6.3.2 it's the best recovery for aroma based installations and also works with 4.3 and 4.4 based roms. Here's the link to twrp 2.6.3.2 for our note 2 http://goo.im/devs/OpenRecovery/t03g/openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.2-t03g.zip flash this using existing recovery

thanks

A fresh flash from a stock ROM may be the only solution for now. Have you try that yet?

Hello Matthew, I have a Singapore GT-N7105 too! *High-five* as the previous post said, you can only flash stock ROM to save you.
1) download this file. It's gonna take a long time. http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=12428
2) flash that file through ODIN.
3) reboot.
Should work.

Try flashing the custom recovery again but uncheck "auto reboot" in odin and then once done flashing manually enter into recovery mode by pressing volume up + home + power and let go of all 3 buttons as soon as you see the samsung logo.Prior to doing this put superSu v 1.94 in your sd card so you can flash it right after booting into recovery ,this would root your phone for more guidance refer to this guide.Philz touch 6.26.6 or 6.41 should be used.

Unable to flash philz touch 6.41.6

i just flashed Phoenix V18.8 rom and when i reboot, i plan to check on the recovery mode but it shown me download mode instead of recovery mode...
both power button + home + up/down goes into download mode...
try to use odin3.07 to flash philz_touch_6.41.6-n7100.tar.md5 which i get from here http://goo.im/devs/philz_touch/CWM_Advanced_Edition/n7100
but every times it just said " Pass " and reboot....and goes in back to my Phoenix rom(i mean go into android system)....and i power it off...try again...still became download mode...any help?? :crying::crying::crying:
You do know that go into recovery mode you got to press volume UP ,home button and power button, (volume down ,home and power is for download mode) Just retry pressing the correct buttons. Doens't phoenix rom have extended power menu where when you click on reboot from the ROM/Android system you get options of going into recovery/download/reboot?

Yes I do press the correct button,
Up+home+power
And
I did reatart into recovery but it turns me into download mode...which I don't know why after I flashed v18.8 phoenix rom....
It's not exactly the same as down+home+power download mode wherby this step show me whether I want to go into download mode by pressing up or restart by pressing down...
But the "recovery mode" which turns into download mode...it didn't ask me anything and directly turns into download mode

Is it safe for that? Since phoenix rom request me to use philz touch?
I have tried flashing CWM recovery but it ends up with screen flickering or flashing with Galaxy Note II logo if I enter the recovery mode

A recovery is a recovery what a rom states is what they think works best to flash it. If you are having trouble I would use twrp as its good at flashing roms to.

Turn off your phone,
Press three buttons simultaneously &
Release power button when note2 N7100 logo appears.
Plus, install mobile odin pro from play store & Forget PC Odin things. & flash Stock Roms , recovery(all .Tar files) stuff at your fingertips & on the go.
Except if you want to flash bootloader then of course it requires PC odin.

Note 2 stuck at Welcome Logo

Hey all.
I have a N7100, a Note 2.
My problem is that when I press the power button to turn on the phone...he just stay stuck at the Welcome logo of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2.
I tried to go into recovery mode and it doesn't work, he just doesn't go into recovery mode.
I tried to go into download mode and it works.
So I downloaded Odin, installed the Samsung drivers.
Then I downloaded my phone's firmware and flashed it with Odin..and it still doesn't work.
The phone still remain stuck at the Welcome logo..
What I can do? If I take the phone for the guaranty it will take like a month..

After you flashed 4.4.2, can you access recovery? If yes, try to wipe cache then try to boot again.

Try to flash PhilzTouchRecovery...
1. Download PhilzTouchRecovery 6.26
2. Put device into Download Mode
3. Run Odin
4. Connect device
5. Load PhilzTouchRecovery.tar.md5 to PDA Tab/Button
6. Uncheck Auto Reboot from Odin
7. Click start. Once Pass! Disconnect device.
8. Hold Power Button, DON'T RELEASE till you boot into your new recovery.
9. Once booted to PhilzRecovery, select reboot system now, select yes. to make sure not to overwrite with stock recovery or else you're PhilzRecovery will be reverted back to your stock recovery and you have to flash again your PhilzRecovery.

Tab S Stucked in Samsung Boot screen

Hi all !
i've flashed the Clockwork recovery before this, and i wanted to flash IronRom for my tablet.
Now after flashing recovery, prompted no OS found. So i tried to flash stock ROM, but my tablet stucked at Samsung Boot screen and i cannot access recovery via Power + Up + Menu key.
Is there any other way to access recovery other than using the keys combination ? my Odin cannot detect my Tab as well..
appreciate any help , TIA .

Install the latest Samsung drivers for this device and check if it gets connected to Odin.

CLOCKWORKMOD recovery or Twrp?
It's highly unlikely flashing recovery wiped the os unless you chose the wrong option in Odin or wiped in recovery.
