Hey guys I have a LG F180S and I wanted to convert it to E975 but I messed it up because I have no network :/ I need stock F180s ICS firmware to get it working... Please guys help

I've no idea about .tot files.
I just use LG Flash Tool 2014 and just flash the .kdz file using that.

i have an LG Optimus G PRO F240L korean phone . I want to upgrade its firmware from STOCK 4.1.2 to STOCK kitkat 4.4 using Kdz firmware updater (lg pc suite takes foreever to download upgrade) , but there are many methods to do so , can somebody point me in the right direction to detailed steps or just tell me here . plz i need help .
I have my F240L20g_00.kdz file (1.5 gb).
